i came here to study about twice and both times they were not very busy the last time i came here, they had about 5 customers for the past 3 hours, so not very busy but they do have a tv playing music so be aware of that if you come to study. it is also FREEZING so bring your winter boots and parka if you're gonna be here for a while. their ac is set at 67. I got the vietnamese ice coffee. i thought it was pretty good and tastes like your standard vietnamese ice coffee. i also got the salted creme coffee which was super sweet - but that's on me i forgot to adjust the sweetness. i also got the popcorn chicken and the fried tofu. the wait time was not long at all but be aware the pieces of food are baby size, the portion is not small but the pieces of food itself are like the size of my toe (popcorn chicken) and the tofu is like size of half my pinky. one time i had their taiwanese sausage but it's not on the menu but it was the best thing i had from this place but kind of not worth the money cuz u only get one for $5 it should be 4 for $5 or at least 3 pieces anyways i think about that sausage a lot... please bring it back

Always a pleasure to come to get Boba's from herePlace is very quick, unfortunately it's never busy when I go, it's very clean it is an older building does show some wear and tear I do like the decorCashiers are always friendly and service is fast

This place has very delicious skewers both fried and baked.Service is super prompted and friendly. Very spacious interior seatings. We were very satisfied with our experience there today!

We love this place! Employees is so sweet, Taylor! Got our peach rose green tea today with crystal boba and its taste sooo good and refreshing!!! Love!

This has definitely improved from when I first got here. Their snacks like popcorn chicken and tofu are pretty good. Originally they served karage which was tough for me to eat. However they always forget to give you the sauces for your snacks. Always make sure to ask for it because it's not automatic. In terms of milk teas, which is what I usually get... they're too milky for my taste. However I will get them when they have their bogo specials lol

3.5 stars. Came here after dinner and the wait time for the drink was really long. There was only one worker at the time but it seemed like they didn't want to be there and I felt like the service was much slower that it should've been. There is a decent variety of drinks but it seems like most things here lean more towards the artificial side and the tea quality here seems pretty average. If you're craving some sweet drink without minding too much about high quality, this place will do. The aesthetic of this place is nice but the drinks are kind of mid.

I am trying to support this small business but everytime I order something my order is canceled because it is unavailable. Like this has happened to me AT LEAST 5 times.It's kind of annoying when I'm craving one of my favorite snacks "popcorn chicken" & I order to pick up only to be told they're out of it. One of the workers said they only make small batches for the week so they don't waste any. So they'd rather not waste food they'd prefer to lose customers..... that's not a good business model & hopefully the owner/manager will fix this issue. Luckily there's another place west of Euclid on foothill that serves popcorn chicken according to supply & demand. Hope this place can figure it out

Their popcorn chicken is to die for. Their variety of boba is good. I would go there again. They also have board games when you wait for the food or when you just wanna relax while you eat.
