Uncorked On State

Been trying to go to more local places and saw this place has good reviews. I have a friend who is really into wine so we decided to give this place a try. The restaurant is easy to locate, with street parking. It's a cozy romantic place being that theres dim lighting, burned candles and of course wine. Everything we ordered was seasoned to perfection. Unfortunately not cooked to perfection. We had a few filet mignon that were over cooked. Once brought to the staffs attention I felt the situation wasn't handled tastefully. Regardless of the situation, we made due and enjoyed ourselves anyways. The filet mignon was tasteful, even better when paired with a bit of aioli. Fries were crispy and thickly sliced. The pasta was flavorful and the mocha crème brûlée though lighter in texture made up for everything in flavor. We ended up sharing a bottle of sauvignon blanc that went really well with our meal. As for appetizers, we had that night's special focaccia with olive oil and balsamic vinaigrette, crab and spinach dip, and brussels sprouts. The brussels sprouts were definitely a crowd pleaser. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the wine list, but I do wish they were a bit more attentive. Even though I didn't like the way our situation was handled, it's not enough to get me not to come back. I would like to come back and try other food items. I'm looking forward to a positive dining experience the next time.

It's a Hidden Gem. We are glad we found it. Very good quality of food and Wines. It's a very intimate place and service is 5 Starts. Highly Recommend this for a date night.

First time at Uncorked on State and it was lovely. Great wine and starters. Ambiance was lovely. Staff helpful. We decided not it order dinner but I will go back again for dinner.

Came here to celebrate sisters bday. I hadn't even heard of the place and since I don't drink, I was suspect.We were welcomed and sat in the "waiting area".Let me just say it is a very small place and kinda felt like a local wine connoisseur space. We then sat at our booth/table. We ordered the appetizers calamari and the artichoke something. Both were absolutely delicious!! We then ordered scallops, duck, steak and the burgers. The scallops were good, the steak was perfectly cooked and the fries were delicious! I was told the duck was average and our burgers were over cooked.Overall, this place still gets a 4 star because it was received well by my family, my sister liked the wine and the food was overall good!Likely won't be back because we just don't do wine, but if you do and want to feel fancy with wine, do come to Uncorked!

Such a nice restaurant in Downtown Redlands, pretty intimate setting. I ordered the brussel sprouts as an appetizers then a caesar salad and the salmon as my main dish, everything was cooked to perfection. The crème brûlée tasted amazing!!! Great customer service. I will be back!

This place is amazing. We came in to Saturday evening with no reservation without a lot of hope of being seated, to our surprise they found us a table and we were treated to some amazing bottles of tooth and nail wine and honestly no lie, the best and largest charcuterie board I have had in years. It was honestly amazing! Next up was a beautifully prepared sandwich that had a creamy Brie sauce that just gave it the most wonderful flavors. We had an amazing time, the owners, the staff, everyone was just top notch and the vibe is perfect. Do yourself a favor and go and enjoy a great dinner and some amazing wine!

My daughter and I stopped by the Uncorked on State to have a glass of wine. What warm and cozy find. We were greeted by the owners that are so dedicated to make sure everyone enjoys their experience there.We will definitely go back for a nice dinner and a glass of wine!Wanda M

I recommend it - the food is really good, the place is quiet and intimate BUT - it appears they have changed the menu. We were going to bring our friends to this place a few weeks ago, but after reviewing the menu with them, I cancelled the reservation and went to Oak Glen Steakhouse. I made the right move.

Food was very bad with no flavor, over priced and not good service from staff. Disappointed because of the really good reviews, went for a Valentine's Day dinner and wasn't impressed. Save your money!

The ambience was absolutely special for a girlfriend's birthday. The service and food were pretty great as well. The only small drawback was all the wine selection was immense. They were out of a few bottles. Other than that, I will definitely be back for a date night!
