The ambiance ? None. Honestly, I am so disappointed because the building's exterior is beautiful ... but the restaurant area feels like you're eating in a cafeteria- cold and bleak with almost no decor The food is just mediocre, the prices are ok, and the service is next to non-existent. I waited and waited for service and kinda felt like they forgot about me. I really tried to like this place but after 3 disappointing visits, I gave up.

Sadly I cannot recommend this establishment. This used to be the community favorite. It's close to home, had great food, and ambiance. As expected Covid had an effect on this business. They closed, then reopened. As of this writing it has reopened drastically different from what it was pre-covid. The menu is basic, the drinks are served in cans and bottles. Service is good, but it feels rather gloomy inside. I hope their management reads this. The Morongo casino (that owns this golf course) is not operated like this. Hopefully things will change, but if not; this will most likely be the last time I patronize this once great place to eat and socialize.

A group of 7 of us went here a couple Sunday's ago and we all were disappointed with them. We had an older waitress/bartender who waited on us who had "mad MOM face" the whole time (except when she brought the check). Food was OK. But service was SLOW!!! I was scared to ask her for butter for my toast, afraid she would send me to the corner! when my husband went to ask for water for the table, they DON'T serve water... we had to buy it from the pro shop?!?!? I mean, what if you ask for scotch and water?? Do you have to buy the water for your drink??? Our group is usually 7-10 people every Sunday (PS good tippers too) .. yea, we will never go back!!

This place is newer... utilizing the former pro shop space. They've done a great job of transforming and maximizing the space to accommodate the eating area.Although the pro shop space was re-optimized, the shop wan't completely eliminated. There's a decent sized pro shop with a lot of golfing apparel/gear.The eating area has a modern feel/decor which I feel is nice and creates a clean atmosphere. Nice bar with nice seats.Lastly, the food is good and they offer a lot of beer choices. I'd come back again!

"This is the type of food you spit back onto the plate; quickly." - Mother, Thanksgiving day brunch, 2017.My how things have changed at Tuckwet. Gone are the days when my tastebuds would be satisfied by the perfectly cooked turkey and scores of sides to please your palate. The food today was gross. I kept trying small spoonfuls of dishes hoping I'd get a treat, but all I got was disappointment and despair. Once I tasted the stuffing, I simply stopped trying the few savory dishes they had out. This was, by far, the worst stuffing I've ever had. It was even worse than the stuffing my friend made with oysters one year and if you don't expect to have oysters in your stuffing and there are oysters in your stuffing, it's bad. Well, it was worse than that. Even the selection of dishes were significantly less than before, which is probably good because I wasn't tempted to eat anymore of the crap they put out. It's like being forced to walk through a mine field, but every step you take is disaster. Each dish was worse than the last and was more and more painful to stomach as time went on. Even dessert was disappointing! How do you screw up dessert? Well, let me tell you: the pies weren't cooked thoroughly (no one likes gooey pie crust), the pastries were old and hard, and the pudding dish I tried was inedible. Everything looked good, but it was like buying a inkjet print of the Mona Lisa and saying "this is the real thing." It wasn't. This food looked like food, but it sucked. For $50 a person it's not worth it. You have a better meal at Denny's.My previous review is below and that's when the pictures were taken, but don't get them confused with how it is now.

Cold hash browns, overcooked scrambled eggs, coffee in paper cups, tough bacon served on wax paper covered tin tray. Slow service. Used to be great before pandemic a couple years ago. For price will go to any other breakfast plate, where food is hot and plates and cups.
