I been ordering from this pizza restaurant for years never had a problem with them but today I was greeted with the worst customer service. Idk if that's how this person is but the man that was cooking today had a really bad attitude...I went to pick up & he's telling me to get out that I have the wrong location and he walks away...I'm like maybe he didn't hear me so I waited like 5 minutes then he appears again and I asked him I'm here to pick up a pizza & he says I told you wrong location so I match his attitude and tell him how if this is tower pizza and you haven't even checked the tablet...he goes & checks the tablet and says oh I just got it...I was gunna cancel but he said give him 10 minutes which turned to 25 minutes then when it was ready he made me pick it up inside the kitchen like bro WTF...give it to me & get off the damn phone! That man should not be there himself if he doesn't have customer service experience...it makes your business look bad! I greet my elders with respect but his attitude make the business look bad!

Not so fresh ingredients. Basil wasn't green anymore. Had full basil stem on pizza which was bitter tasting. Had high hopes from the other reviews I saw and the pictures looked amazing but was sadly underwhelmed. Lots of potential for improvements.

Tried a pepperoni pizza.It was actually pretty good! Pepperoni was nice and crispy. There was a ton of cheese. In terms of flavor, it wasn't very strong but still good. I think if you add some other toppings it would help out.I would go back.

Oh my gosh! The pizza here is out of this world! We usually order the 24" white garlic chicken pizza without onions and it's humongous and full of toppings. It's packed with flavor and the crust is perfect. The pizza is cut into squares and I can't get enough of it. Their stuffed mushrooms are really good when they are fresh. This time around they were cold and I was not impressed with them so I'm rating based on my first time having them. The antipasto salad is fresh and comes with tons of meat and mozzarella cheese. There are other items on their menu like sandwiches and pasta but I haven't tried those yet. I love this pizza joint. They also offer delivery if you are close by. We live in Corona so we had to go pick it up but it was worth the drive. Definitely recommending this place for pizza.

Pizza crust was floppy and soggy. Salad was subpart. Delivery was 20 minutes late. Once is too many times to get a pizza from this shop.

Looks like they changed owners... I would never come back to this place... they wanted to charge me $62 for paper thin pizza. Disgusting, i have never seen such gross pizza... with stretched out dough that even ripped.. I wish I would of taken a picture for reference.. zero crust, pizza was ripping apart... the place looks dirty and they did not wear a mask or gloves, and the owner was smoking outside and the guy doing the pizza was picking his nose. I repeated do not go to this place.. good thing I caught all this before I paid.

Great pizza and wonderful staff lady over the counter was awesome at helping me make a selection would definitely come back and recommend

Just moved to the neighborhood. We've tried a couple of pizza spots, so far this has been our favorite. We ordered the stuffed mushrooms, a pepperoni pizza and a Pep, mushroom, and black olive pizza. Pizza arrived early and was hot. My only critique is the crust was a little chewy and my preference is a little crispier. Look forward to trying other items on the menu!

I don't know how this business got so many good reviews. My experience was horrible. I tried this pizza company because I was using the app called SLICE and there were only two places offered. The entire order was wrong and it was awful. I ordered extra cheese topping and sausage topping. My pizza did not have extra cheese, or sausage and was burned. I also ordered eggplant parmesan with ravioli. I got three pieces of fried breaded eggplant on a bed of spaghetti and it was topped by two pieces of sausage(that was dried out and tough (beyond chewing). How could those three slices of fried eggplant be considered eggplant parmesan and that cold awful spaghetti be substituted for ravioli. It was such an awful dinner and costly too. They got absolutely nothing right and they need to correct that "eggplant parmesan" to read fried eggplant on top of cold spaghetti without even spaghetti sauce. All considered it was the worst food I have ever bought online.
