Great place for all your alcohol needs!Everyone is so nice and the people on the floor asking if you need help are so friendly and welcoming. I've been here a few times and I always find what I need and get recommended to try something similar or newer that I've never tried before and end up with something much better. 5/5 stars!

This review is based on the customer service aspect of this location.11/22/24 around 8 pmAfter leaving the target across from this store my partner decided to go into Total Wine last minute to buy stuff for the upcoming holiday. Because it was impromptu I did not realize i didn't bring my wallet with me but I do not drink so I didn't second guess. The cashier Melly- was standoffish from the start, perhaps because we didn't look like the regular Joe that would shop at a Total Wine. I explained I needed to walk to the car to retrieve my ID because I didn't have it & I understand it's policy to ID check. As I left my partner explained to me the manager on duty was watching me walk to my car and since I parked by the target it wasn't quick, they said the worker was intensely asking where did I go? Then Melly (the cashier) asked Where did we park? Why am I taking so long? Had I known I would've addressed it as soon as I came back...Upon coming back I handed my ID over to Melly and she scanned my ID and she scanned the wrong area of the ID so it didn't work at first so I asked her to do it again, and she boldly said no this has nothing to do with your Identification, so I was a little confused on how rude she was. Then she was waiting for her manager to come over to check my ID and she said "this should be okay but I have to wait for approval "In my mind I was confused why my real ID "should be ok" either it is or isn't. And when she asked the manager to come over he did not walk over and just shook his head it's fine WITHOUT EVEN CHECKING. So you mean to tell me they were watching my every move all for him to not double check my ID? Kind of crazy , and honestly rude because their mannerisms were as if we were up to no good but in reality it was just two women and a man getting some alcohol for thanksgiving. Melly could've done better by being more personable and respectful to the customers instead of side eyeing my partners ID (she's from Idaho) and my ID (I'm from California) . Maybe total wine should teach their workers how to read IDS from every state if they are enforcing ID policy.Manager on duty could've done better by walking over and checking the ID if he was suspicious of me and my group.For context: We were complying with the ID check and felt more than happy to provide our identification in no way were we pushing back.Thank you for reading.

A true candy shop - for adults! For designated drivers, they even carry a wall of non-alcoholic drinks. This location is on the larger side compares to the Pasadena and Brea stores. The store is well stocked and organized, and aisles are wide open. It carries basically everything under the sun and more. Impressive selections of rum, whisky, wine, sake, and beer, both imported and local breweries! And they have all the condiments, salt, cherries, club soda and even shot glasses to boot! In another word, I can easily drop an entire paycheck here!

This store is a cut above the rest because of its staff. Shoutout to Megan and Kyle for being so patient with me as I asked them to process a price adjustment (I bought liqueur online for $19.99 but in-store it was $16.49). They made sure everything was accurate and that I went home with the appropriate refund. Total Wine is honest and truly caring of its customers. And the San Dimas branch is the best one!

This store is so big and beautiful!!I have never been to Total Wine and Moreand boy was I surprised at the size of the store and the incredible selection. I'm pretty sure they have any kind of alcohol you want from The popular to the obscure. Wine, beer, liquor, seltzers, mixers, snacks, cigars - you name it - they've got it ! Oh and it's organized and fun to look at. They also have tasting areas and very knowledgeable staff to help you. I definitely will be back many times

Where do I Start!I've been wanting to come here for sometime now. My husband and I were in town, so we decided to check out this wine store! The moment I walked in and we were greeted with a very warm welcome. The store is so beautiful it took my breath away! The store is perfectly laid out! Old world side & New California side. I personally like the Old world side. Every bottle is perfectly labeled, laid out, description is perfect, and prices are clear and can't be beat. I was asked if I needed help many times, not annoying!. I said, it's my first time here. If you need anything, we are here to help. I finally did need help, and one gentleman brought me a wine that I was looking for. A Robert Mondavi Pinot Grigio.White wine, Delicious, light, refreshing wine on the pallet. WOW great price! I should have bought 2 bottles. Also bought a dessert wine. chocolate wine. Beautiful chocolate notes, it is so very smooth. I like to let this wine breathe for about an hour or two! Smooth chocolate wine by its self or with dessert. Perfect with white chocolate with fresh raspberries , raspberry Cooley, cheese cake that I make from scratch. " Pastry Chef" Decadent rich smooth chocolate wine! The price is great! Irish cream for Saint Patrick's Day. Great selection of Spirits, beer, snacks, glasses, and black truffle salt. They have specialty items that I sure appreciate and enjoy using! You can purchase a gift here, they have gift bags too. They have wine tasting area, a beer tasting area. I signed up on line in the store, and receive points. This store blows the big box stores out of the water! We will be back soon! We will be doing our shopping here from now on! Our one stop shop for cocktails, cheeses, hard salami, nuts, and bar mix! I hope you enjoy this beautiful store as much as we did! It was a delightful morning. Thank you for your impeccable service! I am giving this review as a friend that tagged along with someone, and I am not a drinker, usually the driver. I never realized how many different alcohol products there are and how big of a store they fit in. This store was very clean inside and outside, as well as very organized. It was such a huge store that we could walk around for a couple of days looking at all the items. My friend ended up purchasing 3 bottles of wine that cost definitely way too much for what I would spend. It's probably at least $200 to $300 for the Trio. He seemed pretty happy for good wine! It was interesting just checking all out. It was also cool going to this property, which I had done Security for many years ago! Good memories! It's in a nice shopping center. I would definitely recommend this place to others who drink that have never been here before.

The best place to get all your from liquor... This place never disappoints me they always have the new stuff and the people here are very friendly and helpful always talk me into getting things I never come to get...lol

Way better than BevMo! Hands down. Only reason it's not 5 stars is because they never have a particular bourbon I want, but it's hard to find everywhere else, too.

We loved the total wine and we keep coming back but me and my wife don't understand why you guys don't tell you're cashier about the outstanding review that are left for them. I finally was able to see ash and I ask her if she was told about the review I left and she said no that she wasn't told anything. No only that me and my wife used to see Ashley in the mornings but I guess they put her to afternoon or night not really sure but, we no longer see her in the morning which we really liked because she would always welcome us in and then check us out.
