Tom's always hits the spot. Family diner style with huge portions. Checked out the Love Combo this time. This promo runs all this month where you get 2 cheeseburgers, 2 fries, and 2 drinks!A must try: strawberry horchata smoothie and pairs perfectly with the Love Combo.Also got a refreshingly sweet mango smoothie. Always friendly service here.

I've been seeing their special "Love Combo" all over socials, so I dragged my brother to try it with me lol! It was perfect timing since I was visiting the area.Parking: Plenty of spots! Free parking lot.Ambiance/Environment: It's a very casual spot. They have a large space with plenty of indoor seating. No outdoor seating. Their drive thru was poppin, and there were customers consistently coming in.Service: I didn't catch anyone's names, but they were quick & efficient. Throughput didn't take long after ordering.Food & drinks: The "Love Combo" included 2 burgers, 2 fries, and 2 drinks. It came with 2 regular hamburgers, but we added on cheese. The burgers were simple yet delicious! It also came with regular French fries, but we subbed one of them for Chili Cheese Fries at an extra cost. Their house seasoning was sooo good, and the Chili Cheese Fries were mouthwatering! Now I know why it's so popular. We had to try their most popular Horchata drink. The cashier also recommended their new Strawberry Horchata Smoothie. Idk if I put too much ice, but I thought the Horchata was a bit watered down .. I really enjoyed the Strawberry Horchata Smoothie though!Pricing: They have a large menu filled with affordable foods! Especially in this inflated economy. My brother and I absolutely enjoyed everything. It was definitely worth it, and we'll be back to try their other foods & drinks!

They really need to remove the "World Famous Chili" from their establishment. This is by far one of the worst chili cheese fries I have ever had and that is saying a lot because I've been to over 50 places.It's my all time favorite guilty Foods to eat and I honestly wouldn't even come back here for a quick fix, it's not worth it.Chicken salad was way too salty. I came because of the hype on a Tick-Tok and honestly she should be fired for recommending this place. Just goes to show you trust the reviews which isn't very good for this place.You want a REALLY good chil cheese fries spot? Super Chili Burgers in Chino, you cbs thank me later.

Take on Tom's # 1 EPIC 7 Lb CHILI CHEESE FRIES CHALLENGE any @toms_chiliburgers location! I went to Ontario because I saw Raina took on the challenge the previous week. This was a fun challenge to do and I can't believe I did this! The base is a huge bowl of fresh crispy French Fries, next layers of the FAMOUS TOM's CHILI and shredded cheese! You also have the option to top your bowl of chili cheese fries with anything you want! I picked pastrami and more cheese! You have 60 mins to finish this challenge. My boys cheered me on! Go Mom! You can do it! 4 minutes later I FAILED but it was a fun challenge and my kids had a blast watching me try. We paid the $35 FAIL, my kids could only finish half and we took the rest home. This a great family thing to do! Their burgers are great and we tried that crazy BIG TOM and it was massive. We couldn't fit in our mouth. My other son devoured the secret menu chili cheese fries pastrami burrito. It's was the best of all the worlds in a tortilla. This is old classic burger joint feel. Not fancy, just great quick food to enjoy. They also have a drive thru!

Just had to put another great review for Tom's. I stopped by with my son and I attempted to do their 7lb chili fries challenge. You can customize it however you like and if you eat it all in one hour, it's free. We also got their secret chilifry burrito again, but this time with al pastor. Took it home for my husband and enjoyed it with their salsa. My son also got their strawberry milkshake and said it was good. Everytime we come, the food is made fresh, delicious, and the staff is always so friendly.

So I saw through their instagram that they have a secret menu now! They now make a chili fries burrito and it's bomb.com and really heavy too. Chili Fries plus you get to choose a meat option. I got pastrami! I admit I couldn't finish the whole thing that's how heavy it was. Very good stuff. I hope they leave this on the menu. Honestly for how big this burrito it's definitely shareable. I know wish I had brought a friend with me to help me eat the other half haha.
