This may not be the prettiest building but the food always tastes good and the service is always outstanding especially Michelle.

No consistency from one week to another. Philly cheese steak last week was off the Hook!Grilled hoagie bun, soft and subtle with melted cheese. Huge amount of steak strips, onions, bell peppers, mushrooms and cheese. More than I could finish with my search and Rescue k9. Fricken AWESOME!Went back last night for the same. TOTAL FAILURE! STALE BUN, UNGRILLED, NO MUSHROOMS, 1/2 THE INGREDIENTS, SOGGY A$$ FRIES. Spoke to 3 different people today to inform of my experience. Michelle (employee) was too busy and hung up 3 times at 11:10 am.. Spoke to manager Mia who apologized profusely for her employee around noon and was told the owner would be informed and would call me. Called back tonight to (maybe) Repeat My Order as it was made last week willing to pay without recompense for the previous. Informed that employee of my experience. I was told, the SAME cook made the order and stated my displeasure.... hung up on me again. I called back and got the owner this time.Such a VILE, ARGUMENTATIVE, ANGRY MAN FOR MY FEEDBACK! BASICALLY TOLD ME TO F OFF.If you are a First Responder, Fire, EMS, LAW ENFORCEMENT OR OTHER...... I would suggest something else. NEVER AGAIN!

OK PITSTOP BREAKFAST... we swung by Tommy's to get a taste of their breakfast after absolutely loving their lunch and dinner items. Unfortunately, I don't think the breakfast is quite on par. We ordered a couple of veggie omelettes that were good but slightly overcooked. The hash browns were very basic and tasted like they came out of a bag. I think they need to improve some of their recipes. On the other hand, the service was great and we got our food out fast. The drive-thru is very convenient and they have a good system going. I saw all the staff working efficiently and well with each other. We came on a Saturday morning and the drive-thru was slightly busy. Overall, we were very happy with service! Tommy's is located across from the Hemet Hospital and is quite popular with locals. I highly recommend coming for lunch or dinner, it's popular for a reason. I've eating on the property as well and I've usually had pleasant experiences. The ambiance is mild. Parking is very limited as the lot is super small.

I really enjoyed my chili cheese fries,Very fresh and fast service. The ambiance is okay nothing fancy but feels like home.

Got a meal to go. Patty melt, fries, and a drink! This patty melt was probably the best I've ever had. So yummy. Fresh rye bread and super tasty!!

Really awesome food at moderate pricing. Zucchini is great short fries full of flavor. Great mushroom burger and fries are perfect. Crispy on the outside, softer on the inside. Can't wait to try more of their stuff. Also great fried mushrooms. Not mushy. Wish there were eat in and walk up options which is preventing me from giving a higher rating

The prices listed at Tommy's Burger in Hemet are not accurate. While the zucchini was correctly priced, the menu showed the burger at $5.99, but I was charged $7.25. Buyers should confirm prices before ordering. This is wrong and I will address my complaint to the BBB. And by the way the burger was not very good and lacking seasoning. Zucchini was excellent

Stop by my favorite place Tommy's Drive Thru Restaurant 230 San Jacinto St,I wasn't very happy today with my bacon double avocado cheese burger combo ,It wasn't very good,I only got 1 patty instead of two my burger was filed with thick lettuce,I ordered over phone for pick up ,burger was cold I ask for my fries to be cooked threw because I usually get Raw fries ,they tasted like day old fries and the bag is usually full but was just half ,I don't know if it is a new cook ,but my burger didn't have the full effect it usually do,for $17.39 with $3.00 tip included,I'm not a happy camper,I hope they do better next visit.remember to check your Oder before you leave the window, what can improve check all orders before customer's leave.

their food is very good, but the fact that they have not reopened, their lobby is very disappointing and makes it difficult to serve the general public. Management should really look into getting that opened they would do more business.
