Without question, THE best pizza and subs in Woodcrest! We have been here multiple times and quality has always been consistent. Tommy Gun is our go-to sub and the dressing is incredible. Diavolo pizza is amazing also, perfect amount of spice and quality ingredients. Highly recommend the Hot Hawaiian pizza and very excited to try what else they have to offer. Service has been great and surprisingly quick with how busy they typically are. Jacob and Juliana are so helpful and have great taste! It's very clean, spacious, and everyone is really friendly!

First time here. We also got a pastrami sub (not pictured) Pizza was good. Little greasy and tasted very smoky. Giant slices. Pastrami sub was great. Not "The Hat" quality. But for a pastrami in Woodcrest, I'll take it. Meatball sub was not aesthetically pleasing but tasted great. Ham BYO was small for the price. Might as well get a pre-made one for more bang for you buck. Tommy Gun was great but maybe not with the squaw bread since it gave it that sweet flavor. Will try Italian next time. Overall, this place is good so far. Longer wait but that's expected. Will come again and try more subs!

Tommy Gun Sandwich and tallow fries were delicious. I'm sure the pizza would be too if it wasn't burnt. Good customer service from the young lady at the register.One and done.

I hate liking this place so much since it's down Van Buren and that journey has been torture since the seemingly endless construction shutting down all but one lane each way. Just have to be strategic about when to go I guess.Anyway, I didn't try the pizza since I have a good place close to home, but I am curious about it. I mainly wanted to try the sub sandwiches since I saw that you can get whatever meats you want all for the same price, $9.99 for now. I ordered the Tommy Gun with prosciutto instead of the mortadella. It was a perfect balance of meats, veggies and bread. You can see from the picture that the bread is much thinner than most places, making for the perfect sandwich. It's also perfectly toasted so it's crunchy on the outside and fresh and soft underneath.I definitely recommend this place and hope they end up being the place that finally lasts at this location.

This was our second time at Tommy Salamis and we were just as impressed as when they first opened. The pizzas are so packed with flavor and you can taste the difference with the fresh ingredients they use, very easy to see a lot of thought and craft goes into their menu. Absolutely loved! As a special treat, the kind staff offered our little one a fresh cannoli which completely made our night. Thank you to the wonderful staff, your friendliness and incredible food make this an easy choice for our fam!

Husband and I came here on a Friday night. It was very busy even though the line was long. We were able to get a table.He ordered the Thai pizza, a small sample of their potato salad and some garlic bread I was shocked how much I liked the potato salad and it was the perfect side item with the Thai pizza because of the spiciness of the pizza I could eat a piece of potato salad to cool my mouth again I love the pizza so much. It's only been two days and I would order another one today if I could. I hear their sandwich sandwiches are wonderful and I hope we'll be trying them soon too They're definitely gonna need to expand or put some tables outside for people to eat Happy to see something so delicious close to home!

Absolutely in love with this place! They have all of the sandwiches from Marissas Deli and they are exactly the same. We got the forgettaboutit sandwich and the turkey and provolone. Super fresh ingredients, bread is delicious and great portion. We also tried the alfredo rustica pizza which was so cheesy and yummy! We got 2 orders of fries, one was garlic fries. I do wish the garlic fries were a little more "saucy" because the garlic chunks just fall off of them. Could use a bit more salt too but that's just my preference.We went last week and are on our way to order sandwiches for lunch right now. Highly recommend! Staff is very friendly and service is quick!

Food was great. Marisa made some great recommendations. Pep pizza was amazing. Tommy gun was 10 out of 10. Fresh bread wins everytime. And my wife's eyes rolled to the back of her head with 1 bite of the canaoli. Highly recommend.

Stale cheese taste; tough & burnt crust. Literally sick the ENTIRE night after eating this pizza. Extremely disappointed. :(

Went to Tommy salamis for the first time. Never had a Sandwich, but the pizza was amazing.I've gone to Viano's, scoreboard, Lamppost and Mountain Mike's in our Woodcrest area and this absolutely tops it! I have to throw Lamppost in there because they are known for great pizza. The crust was amazing, and the cheese is quality. It is stringy all the way to your plate. The cost was about 33.00 including a 5.00 tip for the large. It was a little pricey for me but definitely quality. I believe it will only feed 3 hungry adults and no more. It is a must if you haven't tried it!!!
