Tom's Chino is truly a hidden gem! Not only is the food absolutely delicious, but the prices are unbelievably affordable. In a time when eating out can feel expensive, Tom's offers high-quality meals without breaking the bank.What really stood out to me, though, was the customer service. The staff is beyond friendly, making you feel genuinely welcome from the moment you walk in. They go above and beyond to ensure you have a great experience--without ever expecting a tip. That level of hospitality is rare these days, and it makes me wish more restaurants operated with the same kindness and integrity.If you're looking for a place with great food, amazing service, and prices that make you do a double-take (in a good way), Tom's Chino is the place to go! I'll definitely be coming back.

Skip on this place. They frequently skimp out on items listed on their menu.Went and ordered 2 super asada nachos, bean and cheese burrito, chicken strips and ham breakfast burrito. No guacamole on either of the nachos, although menu indicates it should have guac. Also was add to have beans... neither of the nachos had. There was no discount on our order or substitution if they were "out". Not possible on the beans because beam and cheese burrito had the beans.Get home and see the mistake. As a customer I feel cheated by this business. Save your money and spend at a reputable restaurant. They scam people out on what they order.

We love coming to Tom's! Boyfriend and I love chicken and waffles and the breakfast burritos. Parents love the ham steak. We all love getting the family burger special. Really a life saver for busy nights. The atmosphere reminds me of Star Wars. There's a robot that delivers your food with a modern futuristic theming. Also Luz is the sweetest waitress. She has a personality that radiates kindness.

First time visiting Tom's for breakfast. Tom's has several breakfast specials, and the prices are very good. This location is relatively new, so the entire is clean and fresh looking. I didn't notice any tables that needed cleaning. I had the scrambled eggs, sausage, hash browns, and a pancake with strawberries and whipped cream. Unfortunately, the eggs were very dry and tasted like nothing. The other items were average. If I had to pick one, I would probably order the home potatoes with bell pepper over the hash browns next time. Regarding the service, it was fantastic. The order takers at the counter were friendly and answered questions about the various breakfast specials. In addition, another staff member walked around and filled coffee. Overall, the food tasted like similar places; very average, but the service and prices were great. Good place if you want a good deal and need to fill up.

Do NOT buy their egg/sausage breakfast burritos. I bought three to go, and their claimed "EGG/SAUSAGE" had literally no eggs or sausage in it. They should have called it the "Hash-brown and Cheese burrito" because that is all there was in it, and for $10 bucks a pop, that's a rip-off. If I wanted a huge insulin spike, I would've just ordered a hash-brown for $2. Go to Farmer Bros instead.

Drive thru, ordered 2 breakfast burritos. Quick and friendly service from the cashier. Burritos were good, I asked for no hash add beans in my chorizo burrito. Preferred the red sauce over the green. The burritos were filling. I had half of mine in one sitting and the other half the next day. The bacon burrito had hash and beans in it. Unsure if this is the norm, my son doesn't eat like beans but he ate 1/2 of his burrito before reaching the beans. 19 bucks for 2 healthy sized burritos, tasty and fresh.

Tom's is worth the drive! A good charbroiled burger stand is hard to come across nowadays. Not only is the food fresh and tasty but the service is TOP NOTCH. Shout out to Salina!! She greeted us with a warm smile and served us our food fast. Thank you Salina!!!

This place is the best breakfast spot around!!! Food was delicious 10/10(highly recommend the chili cheese fries or pastrami sandwich)Their service was top tier very helpful and polite 10/10Great place to dine in , very clean and they were very attentive 10/10

Toms is a very new place to eat good service good food nice people kid friendly and that robot is cool and thanks to the guy that gave us ice cream

Everything went excellent, the food, the service and the place was amazing specially the bathroom was really clean.
