Going straight to the point. The ramen here is the best I've had around the IE. The server is cool and very honest with his opinions in a genuine way, and expedient with his service without making us feel rushed. The place is definitely a hole in the wall of the chino area. Inside has a small but efficiently spaced seating with very cool anime themes all around. There was just one couple inside when we got in on a late Sunday afternoon, so not busy. Girlfriend and I ordered the Toki special chicken ramen, Toki special Ramen (with chicken instead of pork) with garlic edamame. The food came out in 10ish min. Like I said, it was all fantastically delicious in different ways. The Toki ramen had regular broth with chicken I believe so all the flavor came from the pieces of chicken and vegetables with whatever seasoning they put on. My Toki special chicken ramen had pork broth with garlic butter so it tasted creamier and thicker with flavor in a good way. Eggs were great, temperature was great, noodles delicious, even the garlic edamame was uniquely flavorful. The price was very appropriate for all at 40ish dollars before tip. As an extra note. I got caught up in a nice conversation with Kalvin(with a K) and he ended up writing me recommendations on anime to watch, which I thought was generous since he could have just made short superficial chatter, but he was cool instead. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a delicious hole in the wall ramen spot.

I came across their buy-one-get-one-free ramen deal on Facebook, and since the photos looked great, my boyfriend and I decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, the experience didn't live up to expectations. From the start, service was disappointing. We had a few questions about the menu, but our server had no answers--he just kept saying, "I'm not sure." A good server should at least follow up with, "Let me find out for you," but that never happened. The atmosphere was another issue. The music playing was completely inappropriate for a restaurant--filled with cursing and explicit content about sexual topics. It was uncomfortable and didn't match the vibe at all. The staff seemed very young, which might explain the lack of professionalism. Now for the ramen itself--easily the most disappointing part. Being Japanese, I know what authentic ramen should taste like, and this wasn't even close. The broth was bland and watery, the meat portion was tiny (just two small pieces), and the noodles were some of the worst I've had--thin, overcooked, and no better than instant ramen from H Mart. The entire bowl tasted like something straight out of a packet.I'm honestly surprised by the good reviews. I suspect the deals bring people in, but the quality just isn't there. It's disappointing that some might think this is what real ramen tastes like. I couldn't even finish my bowl and left hungry, grabbing food elsewhere.Safe to say, I won't be back.

Came here on a Saturday around 12 to grab some lunch with a friend. They had just opened so luckily we had beat the lunch rush.Their walls are decorated in anime which was really fun and creative!I ordered the lychee tea which was refreshing and sweet. For appetizers we got the Agadashi tofu and calamari. Both were made fresh and crispy and delicious. For the main course we got the chicken curry Katsu and the house special spicy ramen. The curry was DELICIOUS. I've been looking for a good curry place since curry house shut down and this place did not disappoint. The curry was slightly spicy and had ground chicken simmered into the sauce and was really good. The Katsu was also cooked perfectly and crispy. The ramen was delicious. The broth was spicy but not heavy in oil. The pork was not super fatty and fell apart from being tender. The service was as well! The server was very attentive and made sure to check on us throughout our meal. Will be back the next time I am in the area!

So we found this spot in Chino and decided to check it out. Upon walking in, the restaurant seemed pretty cramped with people sitting on both sides and standing waiting for orders. We got seated in the corner booth, once we got the menus my partner asked, "Is the chicken white meat?" The host answered, "I have no idea" and walked away which was pretty rude. There were 2 people cooking in the kitchen and 1 host and they all seemed very stressed and unhappy to be there. The food took about 20 mins to arrive and it was definitely just mediocre at best. I am not sure its a staffing issue for the restaurant or the people they have working for them but something needs to change. I definitely won't be coming back for the over-priced food and the terrible service.

Finally got a chance to check out this ramen spot! This place is decked out with anime characters slurping ramen. We tried the spicy Toki Special and the Toki Mayu. If you're into ramen with black garlic oil, you've got to go for the Toki Mayu! They also have so many delicious appetizers like their crispy Chicken Cutlet Bun and Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice.

Tokido Craft Ramen is a Chino neighborhood ramen shop that locals just LOVE. The walls are decorated with your favorite anime characters slurping ramen. Its a cozy ramen shop serving all of your favorite styles and flavors. On top of that their appetizer menu is filled with all of our favorites such as chicken wings, homemade gyozas, taiko yaki, Karage and so much more. Great service!Visual review: https://www.instagram.com/reel/DCWV8IJvd39/?igsh=NTc4MTIwNjQ2YQ==

I decided to give this place a second shot as I had received a buy one ramen get one free. We got there, we were seated outside right away as we didn't wanna wait 30 mins. The server was friendly and took our order. After he took our order I showed him the buy one get one coupon and he said OK cool I'll add it to the register. We ordered 2 ramen number 7, Takoyaki, and the friend japanese chicken and a side of chashu pork. Fair prices. We waited 15 minutes before they brought the Takoyaki, then another 10 minutes for the Chicken, and another 10 mins for the side of chashu pork. (without the ramen) 40 minutes in and we were still waiting for our ramen. We get our ramen and it's pretty small, the noodles seemed a bit raw, the broth tasted like tap water and the chashu pork was chewy. Ramen spots are my #1 category on Yelp and I know a good ramen spot. This is not it. My brother and I for the first time ever couldn't finish the ramen, left about 50% of the bowl. We were very disappointed as everything was brought to us in time in time intervals in a span of 40 minutes. The wait was not worth it. I paid right away because they took about 25 mins to bring the check, we were outside and it was cold and rainy. I get to the car and notice the waiter forgot to discount the free ramen from the coupon. I had to get out of the car and get wet again to mention it and get the refund. It's been 4 days and I still don't have a refund from the ramen. I wouldn't recommend this spot, the quality of ramen is not even 2/5 compared to others. I won't be coming back.

The ramen and appetizers here were so good! Definitely try the takoyaki and calamari. The anime paintings on the wall are so cute and the service was pretty fast. Definitely come here the next time you're craving ramen!

The owner is really kind and patient! Had a complicated order and he handled it really well. He was super attentive to all of us, especially our youngest which I really appreciated! I also like the decor outside and inside; they really made the most of their space. I love the anime theme! The food is also THE BEST. I was skeptical at first because most ramen places are disappointing and also I'm pretty picky. As soon as I took the first bite I was blown away :D literally ate and left no crumbs The seasonings are well balanced and the portions are not too big or too little. Will be coming back again!!

Came into this restaurant without any expectations as this was my first time noticing this place. My nephew was quick to say yes to this choice for our dinner as he loves ramen and we are tired of fast food. The place is small and can host about 5 groups of 2-4 plp. The staff were friendly and quick to get our order. We first order our appetizer which was the shrimp panko. The order comes with 6 pieces and was brought out hot and crunchy which is a plus. Our main orders were Tokio Spicy Miso and Tokio classic ramen. Honestly they both had great flavor, were made to order and served hot. The spicy wasn't as hot or overpowering if you are used to eating spicy food. Overall my nephew and I were happy our choices. We can't wait to come back and try everything else they offer.
