Tocumbos Ice Cream

Went in with our girls and the lady made our girl the cutest birthday sundae for free!!!! Great customer service!! Will definitely be coming back!

Don't come a Saturday at 5pm. 1 employee working. Expect over half hour wait for an ice cream cone.

Love this place!! They have everything you could ever want from ice cream and paletas to chamangos and tostiloscos! I first found out about this place when a good friend recommended it, as I was craving a chamango. It's always been a go-to for me, when I have that craving! Tocumbos is located right off the Los Alamos exit from the 215 freeway. It's almost hidden in a corner of the shopping plaza with the Starbucks and post office. Parking is never a problem and the store is always clean. Employees have always been friendly. The last time I went in, I called before I went to be sure they were still open. You never know these days with the rona still lingering and Yelp sometimes doesn't have updated hours.The lady who answered obviously didn't speak a lot of English but I'm pretty sure she got the gist of what I was trying to ask. When I got there, she made my chamango even though she was getting ready to close up shop. I appreciated that she wasn't in a rush or tried to scoot me out the door. Some people do that (consider yourself blessed if it hasn't happened to you, lol).It was bomb as usual and it's a good size for what you get. I'll be coming more often again since the weather is warming up! Recommend them for all your chamango and similar cravings. You also need to try their cream cheese ice cream. YUMMM!!!

Love this place, super family oriented, fresh homemade ice cream (we love the natural flavors and that it's not too sweet), awesome customer service and they are always so patient and helpful whenever we visit with our large family and our large orders. Their menu is super extensive with sweet and savory options and everything in between to please anyone's cravings

I frequent this place specially with my nephew and nieces. Usually, we come here after attending Santa Martha Catholic Church very close by. The staffs are great! They are friendly patient and helpful specially with my nephew and nieces who are indecisive on which flavors they want to try. I always get more than what I planned to every time I come here. It's a great treat for the kiddos for behaving well for the week as a reward.

Anthony was very kind and made the best Peanut butter & Oreo shake , 5 minutes before closing. Thank you so much for satisfying my late pregnant cravings once again Tocumbo!

Yummy! And good service! Hubby had watermelon sorbet and I had gansito and mangoneada scoops :P

Every item my kids and I have tried here has exceeded our expectations. The home made popsicles are amazing and taste so healthy too. All their sweet treats don't upset our tummies like so many other sweet shops. The quality of the sweets and fruit is exceptional. They are very generous with their portions as well. The employees are super nice and never make me feel embarrassed for pronouncing the names of the products wrong. Lol

Their hours say they close at 9pm online and at the store but yesterday I came by at 8:30 and the girl was already locking the doors and drive off.

My daughter and I stopped by to get an ice cream and so happy we did! Great customer service and amazing ice cream. Definitely worth stopping by! Will definitely be back!
