Tobacco Expo

I don't actually smoke, but I do buy lotto, several times a week and this is my go to spot. All of the guys are friendly and provide good customer service, especially Adam, who always has a wise crack for each customer. I have noticed that they had a wide assortment of cigars and tobacco products at reasonable prices, so if I did smoke stuff, I would likely buy it from here.

Sam was super helpful and knowledgeable about cigars! We went to a few cigar shops and when asked about recommendations, they would just say "people have different tastes. Blahblahblah." But coming here Sam let us know which we're "easy smokes" and not so much. Which was EXTREMELY helpful to those who don't know anything about cigars (aka me, AF) Highly recommend!

I stopped in today to buy my dad some cigars for his birthday. The staff was very knowledgeable and personable, a solid selection of cigars in the walk-in humidor, and the prices were good. The shop is clean and well stocked with a variety of tobacco/vape products and smoking accessories.

In spite of the small appearance of the store front, they have a very large selection of cigars from affordable priced to high end cigars. They also sell other tobacco products and even knives. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Not from this area, but was heading home from the casino down the ways on the 15 freeway and decided to stop here just by chance to pick up the "puff bar" . Here is a photo of puffs I've purchased in the last week probably from 3-4 separate smoke shops all over Orange County. They all look normal right? That is except for the first pink one that is a little off-color andddd actually smaller than the rest? To me right off the bat it is a fake. Idk if this shop bought a fraudulent batch or what but I don't think I'll be stopping by this particular smoke shop again. Look out "puffers" this is why I keep all these pens to compare and make sure I'm not getting something maybe off the black market. Beewareeee....This brand is constantly changing and updating their product but really? Cmon

This place is bomb. They've got a great cigar selection along with hookah, snuff, dip, and cigs. If you can't find it here, you're not gonna find it. And their prices are . I've been coming here for years. This is the only place I know where (Sam or Danny) will personally run to their distributors to pick up what you need (if for some crazy reason they don't have it) so they will have it for you the next day.I get a rare type of tobacco so sometimes they run out, but when they tell me I can come by tomorrow and they'll have it, BOOOOM it's there next day.Great place.

This place is great and has everything you need but my only concern is that if you have a posted time that you are supposed to stay open to you need to stay open until that time. You don't close early when you feel like it. Doesnt make sense to me. You close at 10pm Thursday-Saturday but when I come at 9:20pm on Thursday the place is already closed up. Kinda ridiculous.

Adam thank you sir you are amazing, one of the Strawmelon vapes wasn't working, & he compensated it & gave me a new one. Great customer service

When I first walked into the store i liked the things that they had and wanted to buy a lighter for my baby's birthday party.A lighter is like a match box. Then he asked to see my ID. Im 20 years old. You have to be 18 or older to buy a lighter. He then pointed at a sign that said you have to be 21 years or older to buy tabacco. I couldn't get a lighter because the only place nearby that has them. I feel racially profiled, and disrespected. March 20,2021 10:10am (time of incident)
