The problem with most "Convenience Stores" is that its not much of a convenience to shop there; either due to the place's meager selection or the outrageous prices - or both! Situated in a so-so area of Highland, however, this little market really stands out and shines. A friendly Jordanian family owns and runs the place. Their selection of goods - both grocery staples and otherwise, is surprisingly large for a little convenience store. Its actually quite do-able to shop those during those "in between" days 'tween full-scale shopping days. As much as the selection, their prices also stand out. For a convenience store, their prices are VERY reasonable - very close to, if not less, than you'd pay at a regular store (especially on grocery staples). No highway robbery goes on here at all. Don't get me wrong - this is essentially a Circle K on steroids. But their selection and prices are quite reasonable and they're worth a stop if your in the area!

As far as liquor stores go, this place is better than most.. The store is clean, well lit and is a good fixture to the neighborhood. It's also pretty safe. No outside folk to bother you asking for this that and the other. The owner is nice . The prices are, well, just what you'd expect for a convenience store. Remember you're paying for the 'convenience'. Still, go ahead and feel free to shop here.

The guy who works here is very rude. He pointed to me showing the price and had a very bad atitude. It's also very dirty.
