So thankful. I purchased a pair of vans on Monday 1/23 at 1:00ish. I have severe pain in my hands and fingers due to a medical condition Ehlers Danlos Syd. The lady at the counter who checked me out laced my shoes for me. She didn't make me feel guilty or embarrassed. She allowed me the independence to wear my shoes that same day. I would've had to wait on a family members help and their guilt trip if she didnt help me. I am so thankful!!!She weotw her name on my receipt but I misplaced it, she had dark hair and olive skin. If I could give a 0 I would. Beyond disappointed with the customer service I received. Check the time for them to close and needed a quick item before my trip tomorrow. Literally some socks. I couldn't event get it out to what I wanted when I walked into the store at 6:56pm. Marina yells from the register they are closed. (Not rudely) but telling me they are closed. I politely ask what time do you guys close. She said 7pm. So I ask you guys are not close? She We are closed. I understand people want to go home and I respect that. But I truly feel that customer service here has gone down. Really disappointed with my experience with Marina. She gave me the Manager info and will be reaching out.

No one greeted me, no one in sight...So I started wandering and when I was done shopping, no one was near the register. I was looking around for the nearest staff member to check my order out. A girl in jeans was helping out customers already, so the next staff in sight, in flower carnigan seemed like she was too interested, gossiping in her microphone. She was circling the rack of sweaters, so I asked if she can help me to the register.Ny experience would have been better if you train your staff members to smile to your customers.... she seemed kinda snobby too. Done with this place. Overpriced and not worth the visit.

Took my son 4 back 2 school shopping and everyone was great in the floor. My son found lots of things (of course) only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the girl who rang us up was kind of rude and didn't interact at all as she rung up my $600 bill! Even when we were done I said thank u & she said uh huh and continued talking 2 her co-worker who had just came up to help ring up other customers. The girl who helped us was named Christian or at least that's what it says on my receipt (super thin, young girl)

This is one of my daughter's favorite to go to stores when she needs something cute at a great price. She was attending a girls night so we ended up here. This store is in a great location. The Corona Crossing Center. Huge parking lot and I think just about every employee greeted us with a smile & offered assistance. They have a huge selection of the current styles... casual and dressy for both genders, even young teens. I was quite surprised to see a lot of similar styles that I see at the higher end stores here at a lower price. Almost makes me wish my kid's were young again to shop for them...... NOT!!! Haha If you need to purchase a gift or school shopping for clothes / backpacks /hats etc... stop here !

I like coming to Tilly's my son like the clothes from here and we always get good prices and deals but today I come and spend $224.06 and the chick at the register is such a un pleasant employee no greeting no nothing I've never ever had any issues at this store but honestly please teach this chick some manners.. I had a great experience at Tillys with the nicest employee named Dylan he was so kind greeting everyone everyone as they came in, offering is utmost help, and was offering to go back and forth to switch out sizes if things didnt fit properly or helped direct me to the clothes i was looking for. A bunch of teens were working here on a weekday when it was slow and there were 2 other people in the store and the cashiers were huddled up by the cash register having casual conversations. I walk around the store looking for another employee to help me with something, then when I didn't see any other employees and walked right up to them and asking for help and they kind of just stared at me like 3 deers in headlights. Then finally one girl snapped out of it and helped me out without a smile or a "Yeah sure I can help you with that", they kind of just acted like "how dare you interrupt my extremely interesting convo and make me actually do my job". One girl even looked me up and down which I ignored because as an obese teenager she probably had body image issues and was just using my healthy body weight as a goal for herself in the future, who knows. Teens will be teens a lot of them are moody and don't want to work so I didn't take any of that personally, the real issue is the hiring manager making the decision to hire them and thinking it'll be profitable for the store. Why would I come to this Tillys again after getting customer service that was this bad? What's stopping me from going to the Tillys at Tyler mall which is 15-20 mins away? Based off of this Tilly's location many other reviewers agree. Again, the employees aren't to blame it's managements responsibility to hold them accountable and offer more training if need be.
