Lemme just say this, the place is gorgeously decorated and the food and drinks were amazing.I can't speak for the pricing cuz it was outrageous. And I get the whole "prices of everything have gone up". I don't think our server was very happy to serve a large group of 10, and we were all well behaved. Oh well.

Always a good spot. We didn't wait long on Fri for outside seating at 7:50pm.Had specials for Valentine's Day.The meatballs were a lil salty today, but otherwise, everything was good!

Everything was ok.Service was good. We went on a weekday for happy hour. About 1pm or so. We were seated quickly. Food came out in a timely manner.I would just say that overall the food was ok. Nothing blew my mind. It wasn't bad but I would say it isn't unique enough for me to come back and try it again.

This place is a whole vibe! My favorite thing about here is the music playlist and bread pudding!My husband got the pasta primavera and I got the pesto chicken sandwhich.The bread pudding was 10/10 and enough to share!Major shout out to our servers Anna & Moses!! I had been here many years ago and I don remember liking it but we gave it a try last night and I was pleasantly surprised. They had a few vegetarian options, I went with the state burger sub impossible patty. It was very good! I also got a house salad for my side and the lemon vinaigrette was delicious. I also ordered mac n cheese w/out breadcrumbs, yum. Super creamy and cheesy! Also the onion rings were no joke, they were breaded properly and had great seasoning. I was with 6 other people and no one had any complaints. Service was great! Our waiter was helpful and had jokes. lol We sat outside at the high top with the fire place and it was very cozy on a chilly night! The patio is pet-friendly!

I absolutely love coming here for the drinks! The Basil Bourbon Lemonade is hands down the most refreshing drink I've ever had--I look forward to it every time I visit.If you're here on a Tuesday, don't miss their $3 street tacos. I highly recommend the chicken and pastor--they're packed with flavor. The Poutine Fries and Mac and Cheese are always excellent choices too, perfect for sharing or indulging solo.This place is a go-to for great vibes, delicious drinks, great service and satisfying bites. Highly recommend!

The State was such a cool restaurant. The food was delicious. The staff were nice. Prices were reasonable. We had made a reservation for 10 and our party grew and they were able to accommodate us without a problem.

Always amazing! The best craft cocktails, delicious food, and great bartenders! It's what keeps us coming back.

What I had:- Smash burger ($16)- Blackberry burger ($18)- Bread pudding ($10)- Green apple old-fashioned ($15)- Coffee old-fashioned ($13)- Basil bourbon lemonade ($12)- Samurai sour ($14)How it tasted:- I enjoyed all of the food, especially the smash burger and bread pudding (separately, haha). Loved the coffee old-fashioned!Why did I give it a four?- Solid service, solid food. Table became available within maybe 7-minutes after being told it would be 45-minutes, which is always a plus. Prices are fair as well.Verdict?- Give it a shot if you're near Rancho.

We recently made reservations for a large group of two tables of 10. I spoke to the manager, Rose, earlier to see if we could have our two tables next to each other. Rose went out of her way to accommodate us with our large party. The food was excellent and we all had a great time. Thank you Rose
