I had my wedding here August 28 of 2021 and let me tell you it was fabulous! The staff is so friendly the location is beautiful, The gazebo with the white roses outside made for a beautiful pictures. My guest loved the food and the location they, had no problem finding the venue. The bridal and groom suite were so nice and clean and comfortable. I have no regrets about having my wedding here, everything went as planned! I appreciated Mary's help the whole way, she always responded to my questions. The bar was great too! Very friendly, great choices for drinks ! Only a few negatives , you only get an hour to get everything ready. If you're lucky you get to go in earlier ( I got lucky lol) . There's also no refrigerator for the cake to be kept til the reception starts. After the ceremony they're supposed to take you to take photos in the field. After the ceremony , there was no one to be found. We had to go look for someone to ask who's taking us. Even with the negatives I'm giving this 5 stars because it didn't ruin my night. The positives are so much better!You won't regret having your big day here !!

Shannon thank you for helping us with our wedding ceremony it was BEAUTIFUL! We wanted something simple and stress free you helped us choose a date, we made our payments and the day of we had our chairs setup we had access early in the day to setup our flowers on the gazebo and we had our access to the suites just like you said we would. We were in and out without any issues THANK YOU!!

We just had our banquet here and the "baked potato bar with all the fixings" for 50 people was half a potato, cheese, sour cream, and green onions. That was the whole meal. So disappointing :-(

The service here is terrible. My fiancée and I are busy trying to plan a wedding and dealt with an employee named Kiki. She was extremely rude and unprofessional I don't recommend any of the services offered here.

This place is so poorly organized!!! How are you going to charge my brother last minute in service fees and say "stuff happens" when we're trying to fight this last minute service fees charged to us at the very end of a beautiful ceremony. One thing "stuff happens" excuse is straight up BS!!! She even said "computer didnt record it" ..wait what?? Hahaha this place is a straight up joke. An organized business would explain EVERYTHING absolutely EVERYTHING upfront what charges and would break it down correctly UPFRONT! This place is a FCKN scam! DO NOT HAVE YOUR WEDDING HERE! THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!! SHANNON or whatever her fckn name is a scam artist, this place has to be investigated pronto by the Better Business Bureau or the STATE

Sadly all the good reviews were before the current event coordinator Shannon. We had a horrible experience and highly DO NOT RECOMMEND this location until things change dramatically! Too many things went wrong and this shouldn't happen at a wedding. Poor organization, food was cold and skimpy portions, ran out of items that were paid for. Freezing cold outside and buffet line outside for guest to stand in the cold!! Short on staff and their were not dressed appropriately for a wedding. We had to bus our own tables to get them cleared of the dirty dishes!! Poor communication with Shannon and hard to get answers from her!!! We initially went in before she was hired as the previous event coordinator has left the company. Too many things had changed as soon as Shannon came on board including the pricing. Luckily we had an awesome wedding coordinator who did not work for this location and was able to work out some of the problems. We were embarrassed for our guest who had traveled in from afar in CA and from out of state. Until this location can resolve their in house problems, please do not use this venue. Make your wedding day or event a memorable one for the right reasons! I have left a message for the general manager Brian but yet to hear from him.

First off, not sure if the place was short of staff the day of event for 180 plus people but very disorganized and slow (there was probably about 10 or less staff). Friend had wedding reception here and we arrived hour early to set up couple last minuet things for the reception. The staff was barely setting table placements, buffet table wasn't done, drinks and appetizers wasn't out and ready, refilling the appetizer trays took forever, food for the buffet table took forever to come out also. Felt bad for people with kids and seniors who had to wait forever to get food. I will not use this location in the future. We had to kind of take over and tell them what needed to be done next and what we needed. If it wasn't for the wedding party, MC, and friends who stepped in to help, it would have been a disaster. Food was okay and staff was friendly but they need more people for 180 plus people for event.

We recently hosted a retirement party at The Pavilion (Feb 2018) for approx 110 people. We worked with Shannon prior to the event and she made it an easy process. Katelyn was the event coordinator the day of the event, and she also was easy to work with! The event center was completely set and ready to go the day prior to our event which brought me peace of mind. The location is ideal, overlooking the golf course and city lights in the evening. The Pavilion is situated in a quiet neighborhood, and is an easy drive from the 10 Frwy. Three sides of the Pavilion building are glass, and the ceilings are open wood beams; making it feel open, airy and modern. As a local resident, I was so pleased to have a facility of this caliber in close proximity to our home. Our event was a great success and I would easily chose The Pavilion for our next big event!

We celebrated our son's first birthday at the Pavilion and everything was amazing!!! Juliet's communication was great via text and email. The food was beyond excellent. We had tri tip and fettuccini alfredo. The venue is spacious and clean. They have two huge TV screens for slide show/entertainment. The backdrop of the golf course is perfect!!! This place deserves 5 stars and Juliet couldn't have been better!!!
