The Parlor - Craft Chili & Smash Burgers

Solid burger with good service. The patty had a great caramelization while still keeping some pink inside. Not greasy either and the potato bun instead of (overplayed) brioche like everyone else was a great choice. Downside was having to pay a surcharge to use a credit card. Hopefully they get another option soon.

Food was pretty good. It's wagyu beef so it's almost impossible to screw up despite the attempt that was made. Beef patty was burnt to a crisp and was straight up crumbling on the plate. Value of the food is abysmal. 17-23 dollars for essentially a slight upgrade to in n out. Comes with some Miss Vickie's chips and HALF of a pickle spear. Service is prompt and friendly which was nice. It's a pop up so the ambiance is what you would expect of that. Fine enough. But no ambiance or great service can rectify the heinous menu. I'm all for supporting local, but at $23 dollars this is nothing short of a scam.

These wagyu smash burgers are absolutely incredible. I am pretty picky about my burgers. These were carmelized, flavorful and the onions were perfectly grilled. Arguably the best burger I've had in my life. The wagyu gave it an even more elevated flavor.

Amazing burger and service! We got the parlor burger and the hotdog. Both were so so good! Literally devoured the burger within minutes. The burger was perfectly cooked and flavorful. We can't wait to go back and try the Pastrami sandwich

Visited this popup in Menifee and had absolutely no regrets. The best burger I've ever had! I didn't even know it wad wagyu till we arrived. My husband lives smash burgers and I came upon this gem and they did not disappoint! Unique menu and great friendly brother/sister owners! We had the ace high bbq wagyu burger and "the good" wagyu hotdog. We will vanity again!

I had the Ace bbq burger and absolutely loved the combos of grilled onion; pickled jalapeños; cheesy bbq sauce and the patty flavor all combined for a delicacy melt in your mouth pop of a smash burger. I like the chips you have as a side. I am a burger fanatic and highly approved, but also got a tasty half of a chili dog and also highly recommend - as it was delish. Love the Parlor logo sharp black and white/pop up setting with great flavors and great service. Thanks for a wonderful experience today and keep up the great work.

I can't stress enough. This is the best burger you will EVER have.The service is quick and the menu is simple. Personally i don't even eat meat, however i make an exception for EAT parlor.Wagyu smash burgers, the chili is BEYOND exceptional. Seriously guys, if you haven't tried this place, you're missing out. The owner has a real passion for his food, and a desire to make his burgers taste as good as possible. Thank you guys!

There are so many reasons why I love the Parlor! The Parlor burger with cheese is just delicious and so clean. I am pretty health conscious and this burger is such a treat knowing that the Chef prepares it with the cleanest ingredients AND with no seed oils. From the homemade sauces, pickles and chili, you can tell that the Parlor isn't like the rest of these chain burger places. It's obvious that the Chef puts all his tender love and care into the food he prepares. I live in San Diego and have had many Friendly's smash burgers and The Parlor beats them every single time. Now the "Good" hotdog ain't like your normal ballpark frank. It is a guilty pleasure without the guilt. I'm a simple gal with simple needs for a burger and hotdog and The Parlor fulfills all them with the kind hospitality in service, exceptional quality of ingredients and overall experience.

Uniquely amazing taste to the Barbeque burgers, they are FIRE! I dont think I have tasted anything similar before so I dont know what to compare to. This is one of the things I liked about the food.
