Food is generic reminds me of freezer pizza and carrot top has a attitude for everything over priced foods ok but not anything out of the ordinary definitely not worth it

Website showed full order of baked Ziti for $9.99. Was told in restaurant that it was last month. Would not honor what was listed on website. Even showed the picture of the website I took before going to get my order. Hell even trying to order the pizza that was the special this month never applied the discount online. You have horrible issues going on here. I had the Ziti and knots removed from my order and it will probably be the last time coming here. It's a shame, been coming here for 25 years. Fix your online crap, you are deceiving customers. Tried submitting through their Feedback links and it will not submit,(it's not rocket science). Imagine that. Getting really tired of getting taken advantage of by restaurants these days.

I ordered a thick crust pizza and got this instead. This pizza was expensive af 21 for a medium and it tasted so mid. Costco pizza is better than this and at a fraction of the cost. Never coming back here again.

Always a great pizza The meatball sandwich was missing the main ingredient. Meatballs. Think it's the inflation deal. Sauce is great need more meat.

Dez answered the phone whenbi uad my nephews and he was so chill and helpful. He. Told me the specials since my budget was tight and laughed and joked and repeated my order to make sure it was right. Great customer service for a pizza i know will be fire. Thank you

Grazianos has the best pizza it's always our go to spot not only that but great workers as well. We don't like any other location other than this one. They have it great section for the kids. We even won a Kindle we like to order the family special and it's enough food for all of us.

Been coming to this location for years and they never disappoint! Recently I found out that they sell their pizza doughs so I ordered a couple of medium sized doughs to make pizza at home. The portions were big and the pizza dough was so fresh. 10/10 would recommend!

genuinely the worst chicken parm and pizza I've ever had. my chicken parm sandwich was covered in meat sauce and I mean drowning in sauce. The ham on my pizza seemed like just regular cold deli ham and there was way too much cheese. The cheese is that cheap faux mozzarella that tastes like nothing and stretches like rubber . I would not come back :(

Came here for my brother's soccer team get together. Didn't have too many games and some games didn't give out tickets. Pizza was good as well as the garlic bread. Not too bad for the price!

I have been a customer of Graziano's Pizza for over two years, but sadly, I have consistently experienced a pattern of treatment that leaves me feeling unwelcome and uncomfortable. Each time I place an order, whether over the phone or in person, I am met with a tone and demeanor that feels dismissive and rude. As an African-American woman, I can't help but feel that I am being treated differently--perhaps due to racial profiling or discrimination.On several occasions, when asking questions for clarification about my order, I've encountered condescending responses, attitude, or outright indifference. For example, phone orders are often handled inconsistently; I receive different information depending on who answers, and attempts to confirm details in person are met with visible frustration or hostility. This has been a recurring issue with both the older woman who answers calls and the younger staff members at the counter.It is disheartening to feel as though my presence as a paying customer is a burden rather than valued. While I have tried to give this establishment the benefit of the doubt over the years, it is clear that these interactions are not isolated incidents. They have been frequent enough to lead me to believe there is an underlying issue of racial bias at play, especially considering the staff appears to be predominantly Caucasian.I am sharing this review not only to express my own hurt and disappointment but also to raise awareness for others who might be considering giving their business to Graziano's Pizza. No customer should ever leave a place feeling marginalized, uncomfortable, or unappreciated. I sincerely hope the management sees this as an opportunity to address these concerns and foster an environment that treats every customer with fairness, respect, and dignity. Until then, I can no longer support this establishment.
