My daughter is playing 12U travelball and my family recently moved out this way which meant having to find new coaches for my daughter. I found the Institute on Instagram and saw they offered the first lesson free, which I thought was fake lol. But it's not lol very much real. But it makes sense because with one session you see the value and want to come back anyways Fast forward I put in my information and got a text within 24 hours from Coach K to set up our free session. From our first interaction with Coach K to her actual lesson everything was amazing. After leaving her lesson my daughter couldn't stop talking about it and Coach Kenny specifically. The way she interacted with her, knowledge of the game, the fact she has a specific workout that would help her at 1st base and her over all presence was a breath of fresh air. To add my daughter has met with a lot of coaches in the past and when I usually ask her, what she thinks about the coach or her lesson she's usually like ehh it was okay...this time she's like " Mom I want to keep going to coach K! When am I going back? " That's the first time she's said that about any coach, which says a lot. I think she really respects and values what she has to say which makes a big difference. She did her own research on her and was amazed she played D1 softball, she's like see she knows what she's doing mom! Instead of these older men coaching her and can't even do what they're telling her to do. Anyways I say all this to say, take advantage of their free session so you can see exactly what I'm talking about ! Ask for coach K, I guarantee you and your daughter will leave that lesson feeling like you found someone you can trust your daughters future and skills with. I've already booked our next session with her and will be purchasing our member ship next week!

Where do I start? This training facility looks awesome inside and out, from the new cages, lights, floors, gym equipment etc. The owners Gilbert and Jose truly care about their clients experience, from the time you walk in you're greeted with amazing customer service and are thoroughly explained the services The Institute has to offer. My son has hitting lessons with Cameron and speed/agility training with Justin. Both of these trainers have the heart of a teacher and takes the time to explain each drill and it's purpose. If you're looking to elevate your game or child's game, look no further.

The staff is awesome here. They just moved to a new location and have it set up perfectly. My son does the pitching lessons here for the past 4 months with coach Eric and we are seeing massive improvements. Coach Eric is patient and has a wealth of knowledge to share with all the kids. The front staff is always so awesome and helpful with everythibg even when it is hectic. Ive recommended this place to my daughters softball team and i bring the little league team here as well. This place is great and is dedicated to making baseball fun again!

Been coming to train at the Institute a few years now. Everything is top of the line from the staff, personal trainers, and equipment. Definitely recommend if you're an athlete looking to perfect your skills or just looking to get in better shape. The guys here will take care of you!

Love this spot. Come here for softball and baseball hitting. Their instructors played in the major leagues, and offer private lessons. Also they have an awesome brand new gym and equipment. Best spot in town hands down.
