Great fast casual burger spot!We went to The Hitch and I was surprised how large the menu was---including burgers, Mexican food, and breakfast.I got an impossible patty on a classic burger and jalapeño poppers. The fries are also really good!

Just stopped in here for lunch with a co-worker while doing field work in an area neither one of us was familiar with. And y'all, this was EXCELLENT all the way around. The customer service was unparalleled with how customer service used to be. It was a great find.Both of us got burgers and shared a plate of chilli cheese fries. People, to be able to make fries that don't go limp and soggy in no time at all is a skill almost to the level of alchemy. And this place did just that. It was so excellent that I took the leftovers home and I'm certain they will go back to perfect in the air fryer. That's how good the food is there. The real MVP is the churros and ice cream dessert. Y'all this week s beyond slap yo mama good. This is felony misdemeanor good! I literally wish I'd just had that and no food. I'm a big ice cream aficionado! I'm a Salt and Straw/ any fancy ice cream brand chick! But this by far is the best ice cream for me in 2024. The place is nice the menu looks like it has something for everyone. They have big screen televisions and out door area. If you live in this area it should definitely be in your restaurant rotation. If you find yourself over this way do yourself a favor stop by this place. Its laid back and relaxing atmosphere only adds to the perfection of this restaurant. They're not anything other than a great neighborhood hamburger joint with excellent food. I definitely recommend!

7/9/24 Surprisingly delicious burger combo!Just a couple of minutes from the Metrolink Transit Center, The Hitch Burger Grill serves up some delectable & savory burgers. They also dish out sandwiches, Mexican treats such as burritos, tacos, asada fries, breakfast items like omelets, chicken & waffles, inventive salads and many more tasty options. Hubby ate already but I was hungry for a burger. We were greeted promptly upon entering & Julian was happy to recommend the Sidewinder Jalapeño Burger. I wanted a combo & couldn't decide between the regular fries (they have sweet potato fries, too) and onion rings. Julian suggested h as lf & half, best of both worlds! Thank goodness they serve Coke products (and not the other cola). I was snapping photos & my combo arrived quickly. piping hot! My patty looked burnt but it certainly was not. It was a really big & scrumptious, juicy burger. It had savory bacon & sliced jalapeños. My fries were perfect, crunchy & seasoned well. The onion rings were pretty good but slightly under seasoned- ranch dressing & ketchup to the rescue! All in all, perfectly pleased with my combo.It was 92 degrees at 6:30 pm & it could've been a little more comfortable at the burger joint. I was perspiring as I was eating my dinner. That's my only complaint. Maybe they were trying to save on electricity? In any case, I would definitely return to try their other menu items. Great recommendation from Julian.

Switched it up tonight. My usual is the Sifewinder jalapeño bacon cheeseburger. Which is always awesomeFrench toast bacon and fried egg combo tonight! Great French Toast meal.

Been here for several times, because it's nearby. This time, I think I found my favorite at this location. The tri-tip salad! It is really good! The meat is really tender, the salad is good portion, and the crispy onion balances well with the texture. I'm not sure if they are doing better, or it was because my first time try this out. For other burgers or dishes I tried before, the taste was average, so I deduct 1 score here.Service is good, all the staff are very friendly and quite efficient.They have spacious indoor dining area, which we like. Based on this time's experience, I would like to come back again to try more

I've gone to the location in Upland and Rancho Cucamonga. I like Rancho location better even though their hours are strange. But their fries are a way better than the Upland location.Upland fries - maybe 3 Rancho fries - solid 7Burgers seem a bit fresher in Rancho. But after spending $60+ dollars on 4 burgers and fries, I expect at least edible fries.This was the experience with regular fries and sweet potato fries. That's $19 in fries that sucked!!

My husband and I have stopped here a couple of times for breakfast on a Sunday and both times were great! Good food and we love their service too! Very clean establishment!

I just had the best drive-thru experience thanks to Adilene! Even through the speaker, her kindness and positive energy came through loud and clear. She was patient, professional, and made sure my order was perfect.When I got to the window, she greeted me with a warm smile and double-checked everything to make sure I had exactly what I needed. It's rare to find someone who goes the extra mile, even in a fast-paced environment, but Adilene did just that.Great service makes all the difference, and Adilene is the reason I'll definitely be coming back. Keep up the amazing work!

First food was delicious fries crispy burger juicy with so much flavor. I ordered the Sidewinder as is, combo. Food came out fast, given there was no line when I arrived. I would definitely come back again. Hopefully there stars go up because it was definitely good. Do recommend.
