The Hideaway Lounge

I was invited to go dancing to Latin music on a Friday night.It wasn't too packed, music was great, styles would change so it hit all the Latin genres.Cover charge was 10 bucks, not bad to dance and be care-free.There was a melting pot of people and that was beautiful! Try to upgrade your alcohol if you can, I would not recommend house tequila/vodka.Cheers!

I've been lucky enough to hit up this place a bunch of times during college, and I even took my mom there once. It's got this really fun, chill vibe that I think you'll like if dive bars are your thing. The drinks are pretty cheap, so it's a good spot for a night out. Plus, it usually doesn't get too packed, at least when I've been there, which is a nice bonus.

Diners drive ins and dives weekend. Stop number four for the old faithfuls of the community. There is so much potential at the hideaway. Not super crowded the pool tables are fun. Two located right at the entrance. A different atmosphere to grab a bite to eat and some drinks. No cover charge at the time we went. It is a unique place. There's a peculiar feel to it like the pirates of the Caribbean underground club for the pirates when they want to unwind after a day of entertaining. Who doesn't wanna hang out with the pirates?! Sounds fun. It's been years since we've walked down those stairs. We were expecting to enjoy some good music but the levels down there were hard to tolerate. A confined space and piercing sound with a live band. They need some help with this space. There's so much of it not being used to its potential. Such a cool spot just needs some adjustments and maybe acoustic treatments on the walls so there's a more controlled sound and doesn't just bounce everywhere making it so muddled. It's a prime location right in the heart of downtown. Maybe a speak easy addition? There are many possibilities for this establishment to excel for sure. It's already outstanding.

Came here on an early afternoon on Saturday. There is a cafe upstairs where I stopped by to drink coffee and noticed the entrance for the Hideway. I thought it was an additional lounge area in the basement for the cafe. I was presently surprised to find a bar with pool tables. My son enjoyed their happy hour beer and shots. I take away a star because when I called on a different occasion they do not answer there phones and so not return calls when you leave messages. The reason I called was to get information about their establishment and hours of operation. Other than that I think it's a wonderful place to visit for pool, beers, and jukebox music selection.

Service was great -- bartenders were attentive, we were about to leave and they offered us a few more drinks.Ambience- great music - we made it out during a rave night and it was really good vibes to dance and have fun Pool tables available Cover was half off In terms of food - we did not try any food itemsRating: 8/10

We had a good time at goth prom. I think the event cost $10 to get in. The venue was pretty full but not too crowded. We were able to get drinks at the bar without issue. The sound in the venue was fine to me. I usually wear earplugs but did not feel the need to here. Bathroom was fine, but yes it is only two stalls. This is a cute bar and I would recommend.

Felt like having some dole whips on this Disney joint. We had it in another place brought up by my sons and thinking that it would be the same.Completely surprised and disappointed because one the orders, "CHILE LOADED DW PINEAPL-MANGO", was a complete disaster almost to the side of false advertising. It came with 2 strips of dehydrated mango and that's about with the mango part. The juice added was pineapple juice. The rest of the cup was filled cheap dice-sized cubes of cucumber!!! They did add a few bits and pieces of tropical fruits. And, alas, it cost $8.49.Not sure whose idea was it to introduce this special low budgeted, high gimmick, tasteless mango-substitute (cucumbers which WAS CLEARLY NOT LISTED as one of the ingredients) DW to the innocent customers?!So, buyers be aware. Even Disneyland may have places like this to sneaked in to their menu for you to avoid.Because the other 2 DW orders were fantastic as expected to have its 2 star rating back. Else, it deserves probably only one line stars. It was just Ed's opinion.

Horrible, horrible place. Their alcohol is bottom shelf and no doubt still watered down. Wanted to like the place as the bar itself is a cool little spot, but having no selection of spirits other than bottom shelf and still paying typical prices for them, your better off going to any of the other bars in the area. Feels like the bartender even dislike being there knowing that's what they have to offer.. surely no fault of the bartenders but ownership needs to take a look at what they're offering their customers if they're looking for repeat customers.

If you like dive bars in a college town, it makes for a great night. A few seats, few tables, cheap drinks and big ole' dance floor. DJ was killing it on they might we were there. Rolling 80's rock into Spanish rock into modern edm what more do you need for a good time. It's a place with 21 year olds, 40 year old newly Weds and truckers home for the weekend. Just loads of fun for hours.

Me and friend were coming to check it out when we were stopped by a security saying to leave . I asked if it was private and he said yes but very rudely escorted us out . There are no signs outside saying it is private or reservations needed .
