Got here and the lady said she's out of Steak I order shrimp and chicken. Then she calls me back after 25 mins to tell me that they are out of shrimp then get called back a third time to tell me if I wanted noodles instead of rice. Still charged me 50 bucks for a kids plate and a regular plate. No pricing on the menu which is Really deceiving and waited for an Hour for my food. Not worth the wait. baby, eat that plate. Look at the ratings before going

Horrible service and waited over an hour when there was no customers. Very unhappy and never coming again. 0 stairs for them

Food is never consistent. I've gone multiple times & reached out to the owner who left me on "read" after requesting a refund! Save your money & time. Never again!

best hibachi truck i've ever tried, never disappoints. a lot of people complain about the time but look at the food that's being made on order & not just sitting. place an order over the phone!

I would give them zero stars if I could. We have tried this place multiple times and each time we have had to wait over an hour. They say the food will take 30 mins and then will have you wait while they are standing and chatting inside the truck. terrible service.

The service was ok but they mislead customers and don't post any prices. My boyfriend and I paid $90!!! For one plate of chicken and steak and another one of shrimp and chicken. I don't even pay that at Benihana! The food was ok. The noodles were tasteless, the chicken was a hit and miss; some pieces were dry and others were cooked properly. I definitely wouldn't come back, not for $90

Great tasting food, but be ready to pay for it (as expected) Their costumer service has really gone down. They wont answer the phone.People working there seem like they are forced to be there.They could be making alot more money if they could manage their kitchen and ordering system better. 20 min+ just to get an order because they wont approach the window to take an order is causing them to loose alot of costumers. 1 hour + until order was done.

If I could give this place 0 stars I WOULD ! If you come here be prepared to wait for over an hour for you're food,even if they say they'll have it ready in a "couple minutes" because their lying.I literally wait for almost 2hours for my food and to top it off it's a small portion of food,for the amount they charge per plate is insane ! I do not recommend anyone to come here ever.

0 stars if possible, besides a 1 hour wait.. keep in mind they had no customers. the food was disgusting! food gave me a stomach ache all night. would not recommend to anyone.

If I could give this spot 0 stars I would. They are never on schedule they say they open at 3:00pm but open way past that. They answer their text messages all late and the customer service is just terrible. Save yourself the time money and go to other hibachi trucks. Like Hibachi 38 Supreme or something.
