The Haus Bistro

So. Freaking. Awesome. The food, the service, the music... and yes, the selection of beer! We were lucky enough to go in on an early Thursday afternoon... kinda slow. Heather was *the* best! I didn't know which beer to chose, (my husband did) but heather asked all the right questions, and introduced me to a beer I LOVED! The food is ah-may-zing! From the spinach artichoke dip (served with the best toasted French bread) to our meals, (mine was "From the Garden sandwich as I'm a vegetarian) everything was delicious! Do yourself a favor, go! Have some good food and a good time!

Haus Bistro is a delightful dinner spot, tucked into a little strip mall at the corner of Calimesa and Myrtlewood. The ambience is simple with a brewery vibe, and the staff is personable and welcoming. The menu offers European-inspired dishes. I enjoyed the lemon chicken scaloppini...it was delicious. I'll be back for the lamb chops! They offer a nice selection of wines and beers, and several homemade desserts.

Great service, very friendly. We loved the fried pickle spears and burgers with house maid potato chips.

When you walk into the restaurant it's always clean smells good. The food here does not disappoint! Ordered for pickup on the way home because it was easier than cooking! Haus Bistro is great for delicious food that isn't basic. This time we ordered the steak sandwich with garlic aioli, the bread was fresh. We also ordered the tri tip flatbread that has so much flavor. We also tried the spinach artichoke dip that had veggies, chips and bread. It was fresh and tasty. The service was fast! We will be going back here again.

Arrived early, not busy, rustic atmosphere, quick service, tried chicken piccata & a pork schnitzel. Both were tasty/seasoned well. Imho some bread should have accompanied the dishes to soak up the sauces.

It was nice to find a restaurant that offers something different: Modern European. It's quite simple inside, where their elaborate bar is the star feature. While it was easy to get to, the shared parking was a bit tricky. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable. I have pics of their menus. They are featuring their Tuesday openings, and so I have a pic of the Tuesday specials (this was as of August 2023).We shared their Jaeger Schnitzel. This is thinly pounded pork tenderloin, about ¼ inch thick and lightly breaded. Then it is pan fried and covered with a creamy mushroom and onion sauce. I liked that the breading was thin. The breading and the sauce, both, were mildly flavored. The onions, see my pic, were cooked but yet added a bid of texture. The pounded pork loin, was tender but needed a knife to cut it. The spaetzle, it's in the upper left-hand side of the plate, are really very small egg noodle balls. They had the requisite chew and carried the sauce well.We also shared their Grilled Turkey Sandwich. As you can see from my pic, the turkey had a nice amount of thick sliced breast meat and a nice slice of smoked mozzarella. The smokiness was a great enhancement to the turkey and cheese. These paired well with the thick cut bacon and garlic aioli. The Kettle Chips were habit forming - you can see there is a bunch of crunch there.

2nd time here and it's been a 10/10 both times. Super cute, small place. Super excited to have a location one city closer to home soon also! $16 burgers for this quality is worth it to me! And the service is always super friendly. Always on it with check backs and refills which I appreciate. Will always recommend to friends and family

Sophisticated menu without the high prices. My family and I enjoy the European vibe, the good food and the great service.

Ample portions and comfortable setting. Worked well for a meet up with a cousin we hadn't seen in a while. food was good, although maybe not great, and maybe a bit pricy. Clean and tidy. The server was prompt and cheery, so we'd probably return if in the area, for a casual lunch or dinner.

Headed out to Cherry Valley and decided to stop here for lunch. Brought along my parents who are typically pretty picky and they really enjoyed it. Food was SO delicious and fresh! Service was excellent and the restaurant itself was cute and clean. Definitely recommend and hope to stop in again when we're back in the area.
