The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill Rancho Cucamonga, CA

First time eating here and taking food to go. Sadly one of the chicken kabob part of it was raw! Other than that, the flavors of everything edible was pretty good. And the pita was fluffy. A bit pricey for the portion compared to other Mediterranean places, but flavor does make up for it. I am wary of coming back due to the fact a chicken piece was not cooked throughly.

Unfortunately, my chicken was raw. I ordered from DoorDash and they wouldn't give me a refund so I'm stuck with a $50 loss

People are sleeping on this place and I don't know why it's not rated higher overall. Nice open and bright dining area, clean restrooms, and super friendly staff who make sure to ask if everything was ok. Two younger guys working this day were killing it. But the important part, the food. Ordered a gyro combo with soda and feta fries. A-Ma-Zing! As some who grew up in an area with a large Mediterranean population I completely 100% thought the food was great. Portions were the right size and the food tasted great. I will definitely be back.

The location, restaurant, and staff were all very nice. Lots of parking, well lit/accessible restaurant.Unfortunately, at the end of the day, it's about the food. We got the falafel pita gyro/sandwiches and they are so skimpy. I am pretty sure there were less than 2 falafels in my sandwich. My bites were mostly bread and were pretty mushy.Not a lot of flavor, either. $11 for pretty much a slice of pita bread and 2 falafels. I don't recommend this dish.

I get the Greek rice salad bowl and love it. It's a perfect balance of carbs and veggies. Highly recommend. Also every time I come the service is great and the ambiance is chill.

Don't waste your money on going to this place. My first & last time going here. Spent almost $70 bucks for bland dry chicken, bland cheap rice, and dry falafel. This falafel was so hard it almost chipped my tooth not even exaggerating. Trader joe's had better falafel than this place. So bland, we had to add our own seasonings. Not even their baklava is good. Trust me, if it's your first time, just skip it. It's not even mid.

I had a great time here! The food was freshly cooked and tasted delicious, I loved it! More importantly the staff were great, Brandon and Mariah were the only employees there but oh boy they did a great job taking care of the customers especially with their friendly customer service- I loved them! Overall I enjoyed having a peaceful meal considering how clean the place also was. Thank you guys , and I'll for sure visit there again! :D

We ordered the lamb plate and the gyro sandwich and both were very delicious. Great customer service and super clean place. Will definitely be back.

Just tried this place with a friend from work. It seems these must be part of a chain or franchise that are opening up in various places in Southern California. They are very inconsistent from one to the next. This one I ordered a gyro with a side of soup and a soda, the sandwich meat was cold and cut in varying thicknesses, some more thin others were big chunks. Gyro meat should be shaved thin from the spit after it has been well cooked, not just heated. The pita was cold and broke into pieces as I tried to eat it. The friend I was eating with had his food, brought to the table almost 20 minutes after mine, and I was almost done with my meal by the time it was served. it's a shame because we work close to here and we would like to try this place again, but it's very poorly done. The spoon they gave me for my soup was dirty.

Went there today which was my 2nd time. First time was during their opening (which wasn't a great impression but wanted to try it again) as we vacationed in Greek and was longing for great Greek food. My husband ordered steak kabob and I ordered chicken kabob. Salad was delivered and was really good-then my chicken kabob was delivered /meat was dry and not hot at all but I ate it. I was done and my husband's steak had not been delivered. I finally got up and asked and cashier kind of blew me off just saying"it is coming". It finally came (but I was all done eating). He took one bite and said this is terrible. And we got up and left his plate uneaten on the table. So our impression was it was not "great Greek Mediterranean" like their name implies.
