As an adjective, "gourmet" describes food that is expensive, specialty, or high quality, often requiring expert preparation. This pizza staple is well on its way to delivering pizza of the gourmet class to Redlands locals. The three of us decided to stop by this local eatery for a snack, to which we agreed to all split one 7" Peter Pepperoni Pizza. Whoever Peter is, he is one lucky guy to have such a delicious pizza named after him. This pizza had a well baked chewy crust topped with cheese oozing and crispy pepperoni strips!Although we waited quite a long time to finally get our pizza, the time passed by fast when spent with good company. We also enjoyed the cozy atmosphere of the restaurant suitable for a meet up with long time friends and casual dinner date.

Love this pizza place! I don't even need to avoid gluten, but their gluten-free pizza is amazing! We get the No Kissing Tonight - pesto sauce, garlic,... and we add on cashews. The owner, Scott, is so hospitable and kind. His staff look happy to be there.Nice atmosphere, very clean, and good music playing!

Yesterday, a friend and I visited The Gourmet Pizza Shoppe for the first--and likely last--time. I ordered the *Meal for One* deal with the Oaxaca Pizza and a side of tortilla soup, while my friend got the Bulldog Pizza with a side salad. We also ordered mozzarella sticks as an appetizer. The soup arrived first, but it lacked flavor--bland to the point of tasting like nothing. It wasn't terrible, but it certainly wasn't good either. Next, my pizza arrived with congealed cheese on top. When I took a bite, all the cheese slid off in one clump. Like the soup, the pizza was disappointingly flavorless. I had requested Cholula hot sauce on the side, but even that didn't help--it was just heat on top of nothing. Oddly, my friend's salad didn't arrive until after my pizza. Shouldn't his salad have come out with or shortly after my soup? Isn't that standard practice for serving first courses? To top it off, the mozzarella sticks--the *appetizer*--weren't served until after his salad. When his pizza finally arrived, it was mediocre at best. To compare, we swapped slices and confirmed that both pizzas were underwhelming. To make matters worse, we had to pay at the counter before dining, and the credit card machine required us to select a tip before processing payment. Why are customers forced to tip before experiencing the service and food quality? At a place where staff only deliver food to the table, tipping should be optional and based on experience--not mandatory upfront. If we had known what the food would be like, we wouldn't have tipped at all. All in all, if this place goes out of business, I wouldn't be sad. Redlands has plenty of better dining options.

Always consistently delicious! I love the veggie pizza options, the Rio is one of my favorites. Great sandwiches, great salads, lots of space for large parties or just a casual dinner for 2. Prices are good. Servers are friendly, quick, and helpful. Great local pizza place for friends, family night out or out of town guests.

I really enjoy the food here and the atmosphere. Great for families. Good amount of space for kids, tehy have games they enjoy. I really enjoy the peter pepperoni pizza. I would say that the salads and appetizers are not their strongsuit. If you're in the mood for good pizza, go there. If you can, get a coupon beforehand, it can get a bit pricy.

I brought my family here because I remember it being a great place with great food. I sadly soon realize that it's just not the same. The food is barely "ok". The server gave us food that he wasn't even sure about and another server placed food on the table but ON TOP of other food we had on the table! Who does that!!? We spent well over $100 and for it to not come out hot or cooked all the way says a lot. The potato's were hard and weirdly crumbly inside? The pizza is not worth it and the soda literally tastes like pure sugar. I wouldn't recommend this place unfortunately. Food: 4/10 Service: 7/10

Food: My bf and I were in the mood for something more luxurious than just a typical dominos pizza, he was specifically craving seafood toppings, and wow the crabby bill's pizza really hit home run, it was creamy the generous amount of crab and shrimps, loved the avocado piece on top too! We also got it's a gouda pizza, which tasted great with the BBQ sauce underneath, but couldn't really taste the actual gouda flavor. We ordered everything through uber eats, by the time we got our food, the sweet potato fries were no longer crispy and a bit soggy unfortunately. But all in all, very satisfying meal indeed and willing to go back to try more menu items!Price: depends on the size and flavor of each pizza, but I think it was around 10$ for 7inch and $17 for 10inch, which I think is reasonable for some fancy gourmet pizza that you can't get anywhere elseAmbiance: nice little restaurant in the heart of downtown redlands, looks like it's dimly lit, wouldn't be bad for a casual dinner with friends or partnerService: can't say much since I ordered through doordash and for to go, but doesn't seem like there would be any issuesParking: there are parking spots all along downtown redlands streets, but you can always park in the public structure across from martha green eatery or public lot across from molinos coffee

If you can think it, they'll do it. This is pizza like you've never imagined before. The Gourmet Pizza Shoppe specializes in.... Unorthodox pizza toppings. You can always do classic pizzas too but carry on.Crabby Bill's is the winner. Garlic butter, crab, shrimp, avocado, and whatever else on a pizza. That's a winning combination if I ever saw one. This is a must have. That's it. That's a Gouda is exactly how it sounds. Gouda cheese on pizza. It's got chicken and other stuff too but frankly, the gouda cheese wasn't all too strong after everything else comes together, probably cause of the bbq sauce.Sweet potato fries are, well, sweet potato fries. Eat it with ranch. Carry on.All in all, this is a pretty solid pizza place if you want to try something different, some might be too outlandish, some work surprisingly well, it's up to you to brave these new wonders though.
