This is the best smoke shop in riverside. It's huge, the employees are very considerate and helpful and the selection is massive. Thank you so much for your help whenever I come in!

So happy I came here! A friend told me about this spot awhile back and when I lost one of my favorite pieces I decided to find one I liked here and this place did not disappoint. So many options to choose from it took me awhile to to pick. The people here are very friendly and the chick who helped me out was awesome. They not only had allot to choose from but also different price ranges so there's something for everyone. I love my pink diamond glass bong! And "BONUS!" They give you store credit points when you buy here so I'm definitely going back to use mine to get another awesome item soon.

First time in their shop today was impressed by the knowledge of the employees about the merchandise, selection and their prices. Was disappointed by their "all sales final" policy and that the shelves that held the glass pieces were thick with dust. Will return to the store but if the piece I pick out comes off a dusty shelf I'm going to ask for a discount.

This place is beyond damn awesome !! Every employee ... AWESOME. every vap flavor... AWESOME!! Vap pens... AWESOME!!! And they always give me a free sample typically with my purchases !! Today I got a free liquid vap that's new it's called secret sauce !!! Thank you guys. !!

Just came in to buy some vape juice, the guy working was a complete smartass. And this place is more expensive than other smoke shops I will not be coming back. I will continue to go to Vape Castle, where they are always friendly, and professional oh yeah and cheaper!!

FUCK THIS SMOKE SHOP AND SAVE YOUR MONEY. Came in multiple time to buy from them, bought a torch and shit gave out within two days. Brought it back with the receipt (like I was told incase something happened, which it did) and showed them the butane gas tank wasn't holding it.. they hit me with i used cheap butane and there's no exchange. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, I get your running a business but sell shit that works.@ SMOKED OUT GLASS SHOP: 7201 Arlington Ave, Ste E, Riverside, CA 92503 -They fixed issue right way, earning my business.

We went in about 6 weeks ago and bought a medium sized bong. The salesperson that sold it to us was awesome, he was extremely knowledgeable and even through in a couple little goodies like some hemp string and a little joint container. We went back I today because the bong was leaking. There was a crack in the bottom. We've used this thing literally 4 times. It's been cleaned after each use, stored in a cabinet, and generally well taken care of. Never been dropped, exposed to excessive heat, NOTHING. We went in today and the manager said the best they can do is 20% off a new one. That's no different than their Instagram special of the day. So in other words, they did absolutely nothing to help us. It's a damn shame too, I really liked this place and we would have been back many times. Not a great way to take care of customers.
