First, The customer service was impeccable.I ordered a sampler meal and everything was delicious especially the fried Catfish, it was seasoned well, crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside. I've officially found my new favorite Seafood joint. Thanks again Fish Hut

Ordered through DD and food arrived fresh and hot. Fish and shrimp were tasty, would orders again. red bean and rice wasn't that great to me but my mom loved it. We also ordered chicken strips and fries which were pretty tasty and handmade. Only thing I didn't care for is that the chicken tasted like it was cooked in the same oil as the fish.

Establishment is centrally located. Shared parking lot with adjacent restaurant. This place had good reviews so I ordered over $60 worth of food including Red Snapper, Mac & Cheese, Greens, Shrimp and Oysters with Red Beans & Rice. First and foremost fish seems fried is yesterdays oil, overcooked, over seasoned. Quality of food was disappointing!

I've been wanting to come here for quite some time. Since leaving San Diego, I miss having a larger variety of meals... let's face it... Hemet is not known for its ethnic food. I came and was immediately greeted. The server was speaking to a child wishing them happy birthday, and a young man emerged and offered the child a piece of cake. How sweet is that? I loved it. This review will be factual to me... so forgive me to the owners "if" I am incorrect. I ordered two fish plates to go, a 5 piece whiting and a 5 piece red snapper. I asked the sweet young lady if the potato salad was made there and she assured me it was. I don't believe it was. My first clue was .. I know the taste of store bought potato salad. I am not saying it was bad.. I am just saying it was store bought and then they added shredded carrots into it. Very unique. I was also told the greens were fresh and made there. That is also incorrect. I know canned greens when I taste them. I grow my own so I 100% know the difference. Again, the were not bad, just not fresh leaves. I love the turkey they added into it for flavor though. The Mac N Cheese was actually really good because I liked the cheese they use. I did enjoy my meal, it just wasn't the "I feel homesick and don't feel like cooking myself" taste. The fish though! The fish was delicious! That lil baby in the back did her thing. The service was my favorite part of coming here. It was so sweet how they treated that little girl. I could feel the love from the 3 that I interacted with. I will absolutely come back to try some of the other side dishes. Thank you for being open and feeding me.

Being very familiar with the type of food there were some things I liked and some I didn't. I tried their sampler platter as I figured it would give me the best overview of their dishes. 2 pieces of fish, 2 oysters, 2 shrimp, and 2 alligator with fries. The fish and the oysters were perfectly done which is a bit of a surprise as I have had many overcooked oysters in a lot of these types of places. However the shrimp was overcooked and the alligator was rubbery. The fries were well done. They use a very spicy Cajun seasoning that I found quite enjoyable. This is just a small place and you order at the counter then take your food to go or sit at one of the tables they have. Nothing fancy, but well kept and clean. The person behind the counter was friendly but also right down to business. It was definitely worth going back to and giving it another try.

This gets 5 stars for the pure deliciousness of their food!! I had the 10 piece shrimp (grilled) that was superbly flavored, spicy but not burn-y. The red beans and rice were the best I've had anywhere, also just spicy enough. We split a peach cobbler, hot out of the oven- both sweet and spicy, with a topping more like pie crust. Yum!Know going in that this is in an old, small building, undecorated, with only 4 tables. Who cares - I'm here for the food!

They stated that they would call when my food was ready. An hour later I called to see what was taking so long, and they had forgotten to enter my order. I prepaid in person. They said they were sorry, and sent the order through a delivery. Food was good but I am reluctant to try them again. It took 2 hours to actually get to eat.Tawana I called and left a message to call me. A female took my name and number, this was in response to your request. This was 2 weeks ago.

Hands down the best service and let me tell you that catfish, okra were delicious. Thank you again for being so kind.I'm definitely returning Love ya,Jeanette Alicia Brown
