The Fat GreekIf Zeus himself had a lunch spot, this would be it. From the moment I walked in, the family-oriented service hit me like a warm Mediterranean breeze. They greeted me with smiles so big I almost forgot about my RBF.I kicked off my feast with the Gyro and a Greek Salad, and let me just say, that salad wasn't just a side dish--it was a main character. The saltiness of the perfectly seasoned meat was tamed by the fresh, crisp, straight-from-Mount-Olympus veggies. Balanced perfection.Now, the Greek fries? Imagine regular fries but with a PhD in deliciousness. And the dolmades--those little wrapped leaves of mystery? I wasn't sure what sorcery was packed inside, but I'm convinced it's some combination of rice, herbs, and pure magic.The cherry on top? They grow all their own produce. Like, who even does that anymore? This place is a one-stop ticket to Greece without the awkward airport security check.Will I go back? Absolutely. I might even bring a toga next time.

The Fat Greek is a delightful find. The regular stream of customers - even between lunch and dinner - is a testimony to how good the food is. My husband thoroughly enjoyed the Lamb Chop dinner. I had the chicken gyro, but it was a bit salty for my taste. Get a menu and order at the bar. There aren't too many wait staff, so we went up to the bar for different requests and questions. There are big TVs on the walls, running videos of scenery from Greece. Totally adds to the feels. It was beautiful during sunset as the sun shone through the window.

Spectacularly legit Greek food. From the moment you walk through the door you are embraced by the glorious smell. Then the extensive menu makes you rethink your life choices and decide how much you can actually eat. I recommend the traditional gyro and do not forget the fries. They are crisp and delightful. Everyone is super friendly and this place would be my neighborhood haunt if i lived closer than 75 miles away.

This is restaurant has some of the best gyros I've ever tried . Also the beef Shwarma burrito is so big and packed with flavor!! Service is always great the owner is here most of the time and he's a super nice person. Family vibe you can bring your kids here! Definitely recommend this place when you want to sit or even on the go they have a drive thru. They have some delicious dessert options as well available. Located in yucaipa if your ever in the area try it out ! It won't disappoint

Amazing food! The owners treat you like family. Greek ambience. The Chicken gyros my favorite. The fried zucchini was perfect, best I ever had. Homemade Tzatziki sauce all fresh ingredients. Oh and the cheesecake and Baklava delicious. I also bought the best Greek olive oil. Five stars!

Was in town recently overnight and wanted some great greek food, so I had lunch here and it was so enjoyable, so good and such great hosts I came back for dinner that evening. Nick and Chris, are great hosts and brothers.This family owned and operated restaurant has been a neighborhood fixture for almost two decades here. Traditional Greece inspired interior, blue and white. Overhead menu boards with daily specials. Walk up counter service. Consistent quality and generous portions and a fair value. I sampled a little bit of everything my two meals there that day. The hummus with pita, excellent. The Dolmades, grape leaves, again excellent, rich and flavorful so good. The lamb, tender and delicious. The greek salad, also freshly prepared, nice greens, rich feta, just a great salad. I finally got around to eating at the place which I have often passed... and it's the best Greek/Mediterranean food I've ever had. In fact, it's the best overall restaurant in the entire Yucaipa, Redlands, Calimesa, Moreno Valley area. There is an extra layer of flavor on everything. Portions are large. Service is friendly.
