Not pretty, but a banana split this ugly still goes down the hatch easily, or so I am told.

Came in to try and be seated and try the establishment with my family. Tina was there and literally I was ignored literally. I sat at the corner and the sign says wait to be seated but no one approached me or even came to the host stand until some regulars my guess came in. Lived in norco my whole life my family still lives here and a few have businesses in the city. Honestly I don't know how to feel other than not come back. I want to be somewhere that welcomes its city residents. I asked Tina about speaking with the manager or owner. She happily boosted about being Brandon's mom then questioned who I was and why I wanted to speak with him. -_-then repeated she is his mom so. I have no words Honestly having your mom work for you is fine. But if she can literally block customers from informing the manager about about customer experience is unethical and unacceptable. Questioning who people are whenever they choose to speak to a manager to try and get ahead of a situation verse letting the manager do their job isn't professional. Tina should be proud of her son. But not questioning customers and giving out family relation to try and intimidate customers and quite them isn't acceptable. Needless to say. I won't be back or bring my family or encouraging any cheerleaders or friends in the community. I will be sure to make sure my experience is shared so no one gets treated like me again.

O for 2. First trip got the Fajitas and they were very boring for the cost. Second trip today I got the fettuccini Alfredo with a $6.00 shrimp add on. Noodles and pasta were OK but the shrimp tasted like eggs. Not one to return food but the shrimp was BAD. It's evening and it's hitting me pretty hard. 2 stars was because the staff is friendly and it's nice inside. Good place for drinks but not for food. Also, everyone the patio opens all the cigarette smoke comes in and smells terrible.

Went there for breakfast with a family member. I had the Denver Omelette with hash browns and biscuits and gravy. The food was delicious and the portions generous. Large cups for the coffee and refills were never late. The inside has plenty of seating and a good variety of sporting events being broadcast. Our server, Alyssa, was super friendly and did an excellent job of checking with us to fulfill our requests.

First time I've been disappointed w/ the food. The Philly cheese steak needs some work. It wasn't thinly slice ribeye. I literally got carne asada with onion bell peppers & cheese.

First of all the food was awesome. I had the Prime Rib Dip... My friends had the Derby Berger and ate every bite. My other friend had a beef sandwich on marble bread and onions rings. But, this post is about the honesty of the employees at this establishment. I had a $50 dollar bill that I thought I shoved in my pocket. Apparently, it ended up on the floor. Our server "Leslie" came right after we left, saw the $50.. asked the customers at the next table if it was theirs-they said "no" ... Well, I called and said... Look, I know this is probably a lost cause. Leslie said... yes... I have it right here..Took my name and I said I could come by tomorrow. A huge thank you.

I visited The Derby Room with a group of friends before heading to a festival at Lake Perris, and it was a good start to our day. The space is a derby house so the atmosphere was lively, and you could bet on races they were showing on their TVs. We were impressed with the variety on the menu; everything from classic bar bites to heartier options. Our drinks were well-made, and the service was friendly, although it did take a bit longer than expected for our food to arrive. Overall, it's a solid spot! If I'm ever in the area I would pay this place another visit.
