Clothes were on the floor and the staff were almost never to be seen. I remeber they used to have a tv in here many many years ago almost 12 but could have sworn though.

I went too exchange my baby girls clothes. Victoria and the other lady there were so nice. They made sure to be attentive to the customers needs and even suggested to help and order online since the Jeans my daughter wanted were not available in store. They have great customer service.

I rarely leave one star reviews but after my experience I feel that it is necessary. I was in there yesterday around noon (only an hour after opening) and the store was a complete disaster. Clothes everywhere and it looked like a tornado ripped through the store. Staff very unfriendly. Luckily I was able to find the two shirts I needed in all that mess. The store was also very dark like they couldn't be bothered to turn on the lights. I had to actually ask for them to help me to check out because they were too busy just standing around. When I was there they didn't even have the registers on and did the check out through what looked like a mobile device. I will not be returning. I'd rather go to Ontario Mills.

This place is a straight up dump! I have never seen a store more disorganized and messy. How in the world are you supposed to find anything in here?

Place has cute clothes a little pricey. Service was not so good... I handed the lady my coupon then she set it down to ring up the items... after ringing up the items and me paying she was like oh your coupon. She told the lady next to her that I must have had it... umm no it was right in front of you where you put it... she was like telling me I think you had it. I said okay, sure. Just refund me and check me out again. Didn't feel like arguing, don't think she would get it anyways. I mean she did set it down and completely forget about it. So yeah rather go to the one in lake elsinore...

first of all, literally almost all of their shelves are EMPTY. i don't know if they just never restock or what but there was hardly anything to choose from??? secondly- this place is a dump. there's trash and clothes everywhere all over the floor. nothing is organized, folded, or clean. what a joke!!!

I've been coming here lately because Walmart and target always seem to have the same clothes and I've been liking the clothes here always get the cutest clothes and since winter is coming they are the best ! The girls behind the register are always nice and helpful to me !

I liked some of their clothes but the cashier I had today was rude! 12-20-15. The store was a complete mess compared to other children places. She told me to do the survey at the end of the transaction and you bet I will for her having such a b*tchy attitude when I politely asked her if I could use a coupon. This store location does not even deserve a star. I work too and I never treat my customers like that.

Working retail I get that back to school is busy. But what I do not get is why is this store so filthy. It is more then evident that corporate needs to ensure this location has the support needed to be successful. Staff was courteous and offered all the services like cards and surveys.

Love this location! It's big, but not too big and definitely not small by any means. The employees are always friendly and the store is so clean and organized. I love shopping here for my younger family members and coming to this location makes it easy to find what I need since they have such a wide selection. I Highly recommend this store!
