The Chef’s Pho

The Chef's Pho is chef's kiss! This local family owned spot is serving up some authentic Vietnamese food for the IE community. This spot is located in a plaza with a good amount of parking spots. Inside, they have a good amount of seating with about 8-10 tables for seating. Wifey and I came through for dinner around 7pm and were seated right away. For their menu, they have some beautiful designs and artwork throughout along with all the Vietnamese staples ranging from appetizers, rice, fried rice, pho, egg noodle, and garlic noodle dishes. We opted to try the Egg Noodle Combination Soup (Mi Dac Biet) and the Pho Combination Soup (Pho Dac Biet). Both dishes were amazing, comforting to the soul, and had those authentic rich and hearty flavors with every bite and sip. Overall, I can definitely see why the community packs this place out! All of the staff here are very friendly and efficient. We will be back forsure next time we are in the area. Come stop by to support a local family owned restaurant. Little delicious Vietnamese shop that has a variety of Vietnamese and Asian fusion dishes to suit anyone's cravings for a group. Their garlic noodles are decent but slightly on the mild side. Chewy and soft. Pricey compared to their other menu items. Taro smoothie was delicious and addictively sweet! Pho was delicious all around! Broth was flavorful and slightly on the sweeter side. They have a spicy broth version with Thai chilis that is actually really spicy so be careful when you give a level! They have a lot of types of meat for pho including fatty brisket!! 3 types of pho noodles for you too. Robot server carrying out all the pho orders. Minimizes accidents and looks cool and entertaining for kids. Pros:-good and fast service-two coed restrooms-delicious food-variety of menu items -broth is delicious and meat is tender and soft Cons:-slightly pricy garlic noodles

Went here for a last minute Christmas dinner with my family and it was so delicious! Like a little Saigon nestled in the middle of Ontario.Pho comes with option for spicy broth which adds a nice kick and aroma. Option for thin or thick noodles which is rare for a lot of pho restaurants! There is even nước béo and hành đàm to add to your pho as well.Truly authentic place and highly recommend. Also entertaining seeing the robot hold the bowls.Also garlic noodles are yummy for someone not craving a soup dish.

Gone here a couple times now and it's definitely a spot we plan to come back to again for some pho!! The pho is always flavorful, and I love the variety of meat options to include onto the dish. The noodles are perfect and absorb the broth well. Getting a large size of the pho is only $1 more-- and is definitely worth it.The premium beef short ribs pho also always looks appetizing on the photos but I haven't tried it yet. I had to get the classic tendon/flank/steak/brisket option on my pho. I also love that you can also customize and ask for a spice level from 0-10. Sauces, napkins, and utensils are ready on the side of the table. The menu offers more than ph too-- and those will have to be ordered in the future as well.Not to mention the very cute robots delivering the bowls of hot soup, which is great!! This time around I tried out the rice dish-- the best seller #17 Pork Chop. It tasted soft and had a sweet BBQ flavor to the marination. The servers were friendly and nice, had a wonderful experience again!!

Best pho in the area! If you're looking for a place that's going to hit the spot, this is it. Always excellent service and the food always comes out hot and fresh. 10/10 every single time.

Heard good things about this place and wanted to give it a try. We have mixed feelings about coming back. Staff is attentive and made sure we had what we needed. Felt like AC wasn't on but may be on low, pretty stuffy and hot. They did turn on/raise the AC until we were almost finished with our meal and dripping with sweat. Chicken Pho- broth was good. I liked the sauce they served on the side for the chicken. They only have chicken breast option, which I don't personally mind. Chef's Choice Pho (Pho Dac Biet)- flavorful. We asked to add some chili to it as well. Butter Garlic Chicken Wings- Had a batter on the outside that made it feel very heavy. Seasoned well, they asked if we like it spicy and it was topped with some dry chili flakes.

I have been coming here for over a year and a half and I always forget to take photos of the food for a review because the food is that delicious. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. My sister and I came here on Christmas Day and it was busy, but the staff said hello right away and gave us a booth to sit at while we waited for our pickup order. They even threw in a free dessert!My sister ordered pho and fried rice, which she said were 5/5. I ordered a pork bahn mi sandwich, pork spring rolls and a pork with vermicelli noodles plate. The pork is flavorful and not chewy. I have eaten the pho from here and the broth is so flavorful and tasty. I have also eaten egg rolls too and those are also fantastic. If you're looking for a friendly place for Vietnamese food then look no further!

I tried this place on Friday with my friend. She recommended this place. I was very pleased with the service Noemi gave us. Noemi was very friendly and nice. She smiled and greeted us promptly. The Chef Pho special was filled with Noodles and meat. It was a good price for the food they give you. The spring rolls and peanut sauce is really good. I had a pleasant experience. I'll definitely be back the ambiance was welcoming and you see people smiling enjoying the food.

Clean, tidy, great service and delicious food. We had the pho and spring rolls. The broth for the pho was flavorful and the soup was served with generous portions. We took the food to go but will definitely be returning for the in person dining experience.

Greeted right away! very clean inside, customer service was a 10/10. I ordered the chicken Pho level 8 yummy perfect very fresh, and broth was on point. I ordered level 8 heat; Spice was an eight for sure and had a definite kick def my new favorite spot.
