The Canyon Salsa, Bachata & Cumbia

Save yourself the headache n money. My friend and I went on a Saturday night ready to dance the night away. The trouble started at the door, they said $15 cover I handed my card and the girl says it's not going through, uhhh okay not possible I'm using my debit card that I have a substantial amount of money but okay. I then used my business card to pay, (read at the bottom as I encountered an issue with what they charged me). As we were walking in we noticed the place was set up with tables and balloons and looked at each other like wait is this a private party?? It was an odd set up but we proceeded to the small tiny ass bar area, got drinks walked around, literally just around the dance floor there was no where to sit or stand other than at the very end of each side of the dance floor where no one can see you if you wanted to dance. We were out of there within 10 mts!! As we were walking out there was a guy that asked us why were we leaving, told him our concerns since my friend recognized him as Ralph, I think he's the coordinator or something anyway the guy keeps talking about how those tables sell out every weekend but if we wanted one in advance he could reserve one for us. Huh? What about just have a lounge area where ppl that don't have large parties or a need for a table can sit down or stand where the action is happening? Anyway he didn't really seem to care that we were not impressed he didn't even offer to accommodate us so we wouldn't leave. Whatever dude keep your $15 cover. Except that fast forward to Monday I tried using my debit card (1st one I used) and had a block, due to these ppl trying to charge $31 four times!!! Well ya no wonder my bank blocked it. Upon realizing this I go and check my business acct and sure enough they charged me $31 to get in!!!! AVOID THIS PLACE!!Edit to reply: Hottest in the IE? LMAO you got triggered for a reason. Your lack of professionalism shows here just like it did that night

I went on Friday June 29th at about 8:45pm. About ten minutes after my boyfriend and I paid and enter I got an emergency phone call and had to go back to my hotel. I did not have time to speak to someone at that moment so I decided to call later that night after everything was taken care of. No one answered the phone so I left a voicemail. It has now been a week and I have not received a call back nor has my money been returned. If they have security cameras they would very easily be able to see that we left literally ten minutes after arriving. Disappointed.

My wife and I had the best time here . We met friends from Montclair Arther Murray. They offered a free dance class before the band started . The place filled up fast . Everyone there was very polite and respectful. There was even mix of couples and singles , everyone was dancing . Waitresses were great cost of drinks was reasonable and food was available. Club manager was great and accommodating. Tip if you have a large party call ahead and reserve a table .

Awesome place to dance salsa and bachata Friday nights. There is enough dance floor space and even has a separate room just for bachata for all the bachata lovers. The dj plays a very good selection of music. The night starts off with a free salsa lesson tought by some of the best instructors the IE has to offer and at times even by salsa world champion instructors. You will enjoy live music by local successful salsa bands that perform most Friday nights. This place is perfect for a night of celebration whether it be a birthday, anniversary, promotion, graduation, or simply just celebrating friendship with your closest friends. I celebrated my birthday there this year and had such a wonderful time, management will reserve you a table for you and your party, complementary birthday ballons, my friends surprised me with a birthday cake. The birthday dance makes it extra specail, its an opportunity for all the attendees to dance with you. I had a great time, definitely exceeded my expectations, will be back soon.. And if your new to the area, coming here will open up the opportunity to meet fun and new people that share similar interests with you starting with the love of dance..

Found this new spot this weekend. My girl and I had a blast dancing to BONKO! Friday night. Live music Friday night. Casual and fun. Good parking. Its right across Edward 14 Theaters. Going back

Visited this location on 10/8/22 with my husband and another couple. Honestly, we had so much fun. We actually attended a comedy show and we're surprised when it turned into a dance spot. The place was very clean and the music was cool, definitely felt like I should take dance lessons, LOL. Looked like a lot of professional dancers, but we still went out there and had fun. I'd like to check out the 80's night soon.

We came across this location when we went out for a show at the Glasshouse. They had a live salsa band so we went in to check it out. We absolutely loved the environment and although we are not salsa dancers everyone was super friendly and we got to dance as well without judgement lol. Very fun place to check out. Highly recommended! Oh and their Cadillac Margarita is the bomb!
