Recently moved to Rialto and needed a new go-to bakery. Francine did an amazing job on a Halloween themed cake and cupcakes (I didn't get a picture of the cake ). And she even delivered. Everyone loved how everything tasted. 10/10. Definitely ordering from the cake factory again!

Oh my goodness, the cake design was beautiful. Some details and make with love , care, and perfection. Not only that the cake itself was phenomenal, most and absolutely delicious. They do a fantastic awesome job. Will use them again. It definitely was a specialty cake with all kind of surprises goodness on it. Delicious !!!

First off, THANK YOU FRANCINE!Her work is truly amazing. She made my sons Godzilla cake and it looked and tasted 100x better than I expected. I have tried many well known bakeries in the local area (Fontana and Rancho), but they do not excude the love and quality of the cake that I received from The Cake Factory. I've scrolled through yelp, called many bakeries, and my honest recommendation is The Cake Factory hands down. You get a beautiful quality cake from a baker who loves what she does and it shows!
