They didn't give me anything I paid extra for. I don't recommend this place at all. Buffalo Chicken Salad

I have been here twice and both encounters were HORRIBLE. Will never go in here again. The first time I went and customer service was horrible, Paulina has an attitude like she hates her job and very rude. The second time, I did not eat, I walked in for my child to use the bathroom and was told NO in a VERY RUDE manner. When I asked why my child can not use the bathroom, she asked are you ordering something. Never once respectfully told me I had to buy something in order for him to use the bathroom OR ELSE I WOULD HAVE, the issue was not buying something it was the way the situation was handled BY SOMEONE WHO STATES SHE IS THE STORE MANAGER. DISGUSTING. DISAPPOINTED and DISCRIMINATING. NOT ALLOWING A CHILD TO USE THE BATHROOM IS HORRIBLE SERVICE. When asked for GM # She would not give me a phone number to make a complaint, I figured it out by calling another location which again, is horrible service as a manager. NEVER HAVE I EXPERIENCED SOMETHING LIKE THIS FROM A FAST-FOOD RESTAURANT.

I was in the neighborhood and saw The Buffalo Spot located in the city of Colton. Once upon arrival I was greeted by the cook that saw me come in. I told her I was new and need some time to check the menu. I went with the 5 piece tenders with Buffalo Sauce on the side and ranch dressing. It cost me $11.00 with tax 11.85. I asked how long it will take and was told 15 to 20 minutes. I was like okay at least it will be cooked fresh. I noticed the people that walked into the restaurant was getting their food ahead of mine so I decided I need to move more in the front to watch the counter. 5 minutes later the woman I originally met the first time ( the cook ) said did you order the 5 tenders? I said yes I did and she didn't say thanks for waiting or thanks for coming. I definitely feel that their customer service needs alot of work done. Yes, you have a good product, but to keep customers coming back employees need better customer service. On that note, the food gets a 2 star and customer service a 0. You can only have better customer service from here. Please improve.

Came here just the other day on my lunch break after placing an order through Grubhub. The establishment is very clean and my food was ready on time. Loved that I was able to walk in and out and that my order was done correctly. I ordered pineapple jalapeño and lemon pepper boneless wings. The wings were very saucy, which is great, but I wish the sauce was of a thicker consistency. The sauces were more watery than I was expecting. Flavor was good, and they give you a large amount of fries for a small side. I will go back to try other flavors in the future and give them a second shot. Overall, my experience was good but I think i'll pass on the pineapple jalapeño flavor next time.

We got the 10 piece traditional wings (original hot and Jamaican jerk) and the buffalo fries. You can order multiple flavors with 10 piece or more. Wings were okay. The skin was chewy and I like my wings a bit more crispy. My husband enjoyed the buffalo fries but the fries themselves were a little soggy for me. If we come back another time, I'd probably ask if they can make the fries well-done or cook them a little longer. We also asked for ranch and blue cheese but they didn't give them to us and I didn't realize until we got home.

The food was meh. The chicken tenders were over fried and became dry inside. The service was 5/10. The person taking the order had no personality and seem as though she hated her job. The worst thing about my experience is the wait time. For 1 Buffalo fries and 1 5 piece tender I had to wait 35mins. Will I come? Probably not.

The customer service was good and the food was delicious. The fries were nice and crispy. We came because we were in town visiting someone and we are planning on stopping by again sometime. Nice vibe and clean environment.

I ordered online and when I got there(on time)my food was ready - ONE STAR*Customer Service was good - ONE STAR*The food was warm... Ready to eat. ONE STAR*The food was good - Fourth STAR*I ordered the Buffalo Fries Chipotle- Reg size with Cajun fries.I'm unsure if they made a mistake on my order but the chicken did not taste like Chipotle. It taste more like a Louisiana sauce. It was still good; I would get it again....

I think the food it really good but the portions could be a lot more since they aren't the cheapest haha.

Customer service is trash all the employees look at you wrong (female) I called and complained about raw chicken they put a fake manager in the phone would not recommend place I'd ass and customer service too thank you for the wasting my money and the bath room is never open due to lazy employees
