Located to the left of the Lewis Library entrance.Plenty of parking.This is a family owned coffee shop which sells Starbucks coffee, other drinks and snacks.You can't bring the drinks or food into the library, but there's chairs and tables outside so that you can enjoy some coffee and a bite to eat.Perfect if you don't want to drive to the nearest Starbucks. Very convenient.Support your local small businesses!

Rude rude rude no customer service whatsoever! What coffee place does not have water let alone hot water to rinse out a thermos to pour our coffee we just purchased from her business? I wish I would of checked reviews before, little did we know a quaint shop affiliated with the library would have such poor service! Did I mention overpriced too?

I was here for a meeting and decided to stop by and purchase a bagel and an ice coffee, the food was good but I noticed I was charged more than what was shown on the menu. Not sure why that was, the lady seemed to be in a bad mood already so I didn't want to make it worst, I just won't be back if I'm in the area.

First off the lady didn't have tomato or lettuce so I couldn't order the combo I wanted and limited me to only the hot sandwiches. I still wanted to order a drink so I asked what size the combo comes with and she raised her voice to say "We don't have the combo!" So I said, IF I could order it, what size drink WOULD it come with? Then she answered with no apology for her rudeness. For the smoothies she asked to confirm that I wanted the Raspberry flavor and I asked she if had tried the green apple one bc I might want to change flavors and she said she didn't have green apple either. Go figure. (I may have taken it personally but I felt like she just didn't want to pull the flavor out). The "hot" sandwiches are $7.20 for 2 pieces of meat with HALF of a Kraft cheese slice on a poorly cut croissant thrown in the microwave. HALF?! The smoothies separated and looked gross. I was very unsatisfied and don't recommend that anyone waste their money here. The inside had an ok feel to it but no indoor seating. And the gate to the approved eating area was closed so you had to go around through the front of the library. Just annoying all the way around. Also, the displays needed to be changed. They were faded and expanded probably from sitting there for waaay too long. The cafe should be shut down and replaced with a more professional and established company.

Came in here for a cup of ice. The lady said they don't serve that. I said I would pay for the cup of ice. She said no. I just wanted a cup of ice that I would have paid for. I mean I've purchased ice coffee drinks before. Definitely will not come back here.

I like to bookmark cafe location Fontana, fresh coffee and sandwiches, excellent service, very comfortable, kindles. I want to go you store.. Hopefully open the cafe sooner.

Horrible customer service, drinks aren't even good. I would never step a foot in this coffee shop. The sad part it's in a library and there should be better service. I would give a no star if I can. Just plain HORRIBLE!

Horrible customer service! So I accidentally used an old debit card and of course it got declined. I apologized and tried giving the young cashier boy my new debit card and as he reached out to get it this older lady (his mom) started yelling at him "no!" And started yelling at him in Chinese. He was embarrassed and argued with her. She then turned to us and yelled at us "no." I was with my daughter and fiancé at the time so it infuriated me that she was so disrespectful. The son apologized but short-story we were denied service. I am never returning here again! It's such a shame because it is placed next to the library and it's a family setting

Horrible horrible customer service ever. Been here a few times but not ever again. I always study at the library and I just wish they had a better coffee shop with professional and nicer employees. There coffee is ok, they brew Starbucks coffee , they are not starbucks though.

I asked them if I could use the restroom the man yelled at me saying "were closed!" He basically pushed me back out the door. Im sorry your sign says 9:30am and your door was open. All I asked was do u have a restroom the library is closed till 10am. I don't know how they make any money with service like that. I will not be giving them my money. Sad thing they are in the courtyard of the Fontana library your would think they would choose better stores.
