The Balloon Boutique by Candice

I paid 415.00 for something that I did not request. All of the letters fell off, & all the material was cheap. I called her right after she left my house & she did not pick up my calls. Whenever I called Candice, she did not answer my call, but only when it was pertaining to money she texted or called. Whenever I spoke with her, she would try to manipulate me with her son having therapy, which was no concern as far as the job that I hired her for. She sent me a partial refund of $165, and I expected $265.00. The job was not even worth 150.00. My daughter was very upset and she cried when she saw it & she had to have her prom send/ graduation party like this. So, that's not fair! Be careful who you book online who say they are professionals.

Candice and her team did a FABULOUS job. She kept me informed of the progress and returned every text and phone call promptly. On event day, she was on time and did a wonderful job on the balloon displays. The room looked beautiful because of all the fun balloon arrangements that Candice provided. I would definitely use The Balloon Boutique by Candice again and would highly recommend her to anyone needing balloon arrangements. Thank you to Candice for doing such a great job for my party.
