05/04/2019A large sign at the front of the store reads "why buy online? We price match"..... BUT THIS IS A LIE & is definitely FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. Nowhere on this sign does it specify that this offer only applies to certain products in store. After inquiring, The cashier specifically said "we only price match any exact items found on amazon and amazon only"..With that being said, We provided proof of the exact mickey toddler table they carry in store which is found on amazon for a cheaper price. In store they are selling the table for $59.99, while on amazon it is $34.99.The cashier called someone(we're assuming the owner of the store)then decided to tell us that they "only accept price matching on strollers & cribs".She was such a sweet person & We didn't want to be mean to her, but We did tell her in the nicest way possible to remove that sign & change it especially if they are not following whAt they advertise.We have bought several different items from this store in the past, but after today, we will not be buying any more items from here.

Cute shop but very un satisfied with their layaway system. I decided to put on layaway an electric car and when I called a month later it is not ready for pick up. I was supposed to give them 2 weeks to have it available. If it's on layaway though they should have it ready for me to pick up. Having to call 2 weeks ahead is unreasonable! The young lady on the phone said she's try to get ahold of their delivery person but that person is not available all weekend. And not even Monday morning, Monday afternoon. Jumping through too many hoops just to get my item. Sadly I left a pretty significant deposit.

If I could give negative stars I would! I had a Jeep Wrangler on layaway in August . As my children's only big present. With my order I got a customized license plate for the car. When I came to pick it up before Christmas the owners wife said the shipment with the jeeps were broken and I would have to wait 2 weeks until the next shipment or pick another car. Also I still had not received the custom plate so she put the order in for it again. We decided to pick another car so my kids could have a Christmas present to open. We got the g wagon and when I opened it the back bumper was broken and the rims were beat up. When I went back I spoke to another employee who was more concerned and apologetic than the owner of the shop. He put the order in to get it fixed and I would have to wait another two weeks. At this point I want a refund or a different item but I was told I couldn't. When the car was ready, I didn't pick it up right always because I'm so annoyed with the service I've gotten here. My husband picked up the car since we might as well get the car because we already paid for it. We get the car and it's a different car because they ran out of the g wagon, so now we have a different car we didn't originally pick. Again they don't know what happened with the custom plates so they put the order in AGAIN! The car itself was in a better condition. I put the car together and guess what??!! The car has no charger or remote just the aux cable. We call the shop again and the employee offered to let us borrow a remote in the meantime while they put the order in, which would be cool IF I had a charger. My husband picked it up on Friday, they said the charger would be in by Tuesday. We went Tuesday and they said it wasn't in yet that it would arrive Thursday. So far we haven't received anything. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. All the other toys are overpriced and their service is absolutely terrible. Avoid this place at all costs!!

Overpriced cribs. Paid for my baby's crib in full since they were supposed to have it delivered to the store on Friday and I wanted to make sure one was held for me. Only to find out , the crib I wanted was discontinued. After I chose a different crib, I saw the same EXACT crib cheaper on Amazon and Bed Bath and Beyond

Customer service the worst! Everything is way overpriced! Product brands have low review on consumer protection reviews. - don't believe me just google it. Their return policy sucks! They don't allow you to return stuff even if hasn't been open. They will only exchange even if you have the receipt. If you don't have the receipt they will exchange it for half the price you paid for even if it hasn't been opened. They also have a layaway program, but if you do want to use the lay away program they charge you extra if you want to participate in it. If you have any complaints. Pancho will say you have to save it for the owner/ manager. Whom will be nowhere to found. I think is name is Sumil. He may show up once every two weeks. If you try to call the "hotline" by their cash register . No one will answer not even a general voicemail system.

I bought the package deal for my new born son. I finish paying it off at the beginning of January and they barely just gave me the blanket that came with the packaged deal. They are very unprofessional. I called them a numerous of times asking for information on the missing blanket they owed me and they either never had an answer for me or just wouldn't call me back. After waiting for almost 2 months for a reply I had to personally go in and asked them in person since it seemed that they were just ignoring me. I paid almost $1500 for this whole package. You would think after spending that much money they would treat there customers better.

This place is a joke, my sister in law put a baby package which included the crib, mattress baby bumper, comforter, stroller, baby car seat, diaper bag, blanket set, on layaway back in August since her baby was not due until February, everything was paid in full the week before having her baby and nothing was ready. They had 6 months the get all her stuff ready. She said when it was time to pick up she was missing a lot of stuff. She was missing the mattress and they had They nerves to charge her for an upgrade on mattress even though it's their fault. They have the worst customer service
