Broken toy that they won't even exchange for my 3 year old that was gifted this JUST LAST WEEK!! Call up the owner Sonny who clearly has no sympathy or empathy (909) 896-8986. We live in Las Vegas and came back visiting family and the owner was just out right rude and seriously refused to EXCHANGE, not return.... EXCHANGE the defective toy that was bought from his store. Don't even bother wasting your money here at this store. I wish I would've seen all the negative reviews about this store and owner before we even stepped foot in this store, let alone spending money.

From what I can tell the older gentlemen who wears glasses is the owner, and he's extremely rude and pushy. I couldn't walk in without him following me around, barraging me with questions. Just ruins the experience. Some quality strollers and baby stuff, but the owner sucks. The rest of the employees seem to be a few young ladies who are very courteous and helpful. Just try and avoid the owner is the jist of what I'm saying lol

I used this store years ago & the wipe design container I purchased along with a bunch of other stuff is still in great condition! It was pricy, but well worth it. I look forward 2 using this store again & shopping with this new pregnancy! Hope with the circumstances I am still able to order or shop in the store.

This is PART TWO to my wife's review--Unfortunately, Yelp only gives you limited space to post a review.Why didn't I look up his hours of operation you might ask? Well, he omits his hours of operation on his business card, and since he has no website, the only option is to call---BUT all you get is a FAX MACHINE when you do! This is also when I found out I could not exchange the expensive, "high end", impractical stroller that the manager had promised I could exchange. Once I figured out I would probably go into labor early, I called to find out what items I would be able to pick up that day--it was only then that I was informed that I had to give them 3 WEEKS notice to get my stuff!!! Again, did not know this! Needless to say, I called the manager ready to blow a lid! He, of course, in order to appease me, decided to make an "exception" and allow me to choose another stroller and car seat--except I couldn't find one because he didn't have any other strollers in his "selection" that fit our needs. So, I told him the only thing that would make it right would be for him to refund me the price of stroller and car seat so I can purchase them somewhere else--rather than going home with something I wasn't happy with. He agreed to refund me only part of the package price for stroller and car seat--$400. Except, his "competent" employee had NEVER done a refund (because they never issue any) and instead of issuing me a refund, she charged me an EXTRA $400 in addition to the amount I had finished paying to close out the layaway plan...I'm not even going to get into all the hoops and red tape it took to get that fixed as well! A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE! I was so done with that place that I was even willing to take the wrong diaper bag because they didn't even get that right either---AND did I mentioned the crib that I picked had been discontinued and I had to get a floor model because they NEVER set one aside for me when I signed up for the package???!!!! And though he gave me a "small discount" on the crib, he refused to tell me what the actual charge for the crib was. He didn't even have the courtesy to respond to my last few messages to clear this up! Yes ladies and gentlemen--do yourselves a huge favor, NEVER, EVER, SHOP THERE!!! PLEASE!

I got one of the bundles other people in reviews are talking about, and am very happy I did. I just made sure I followed their instructions about receiving items, and I always called and kept up with them to make sure if something wasn't in stock, that they ordered it for me and made sure it would be there on time. I also decided to get this contract early in my pregnancy to make sure everything arrived a lot earlier than my due date. All the employees I've dealt with were extremely helpful every time I called or went into the shop. I took one star away only because they accidentally sold the car seat I had been waiting for (and had them make sure to set it aside) to someone else. BUT the owner did drive all the way to the Temecula location just to pick one up for me.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I purchased a stroller from this store about eight months ago, and as soon as I took it out of the box, I noticed that it wasn't as smooth as it was supposed to be. Now I'm left with a stroller that jams all the time and is clearly a malfunction so stroller I can't even go back because when I tried to get a refund on another order I had placed with the store, the owner went back on his word and didn't fully refund my purchase. Never again am I going to purchase a stroller from a non-known store? I guess that was just my bad. And not to mention that the stroller I bought, which was the maxi cozy was above marketing price, which I guess is my fault for not checking beforehand. So if you're planning on purchasing from here, always check target or Walmart because they will for sure have a better price than these guys.

NEW PARENTS GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE FOR THE SAKE OF YOUR CHILDREN AND YOUR MONEYDONT PUT YOUR BABY IN HARM WITH THESE PRODUCTS! My family was nice enough to get us THE BABY PACKAGE came with a nice crib that the drawers slid off of the hinge after first use and turn sideways and get stuck, we also got an "upgraded" diaper bag that fell apart after 2 weeks of use, "the softest blankets from dubai" my as$ is softer than this oh and a janky stroller that the wheels fall off of and the car seat that the plastic parts keep breaking off. The Indian guy who sold this to us was nice... AT FIRST. I think he's the manager he said? Some manager who doesn't help his customers AFTER THEY PAID IN FULL FOR SOME BOGUS PRODUCTS and HANGS UP when he can't help them because it's been more than 90 days. I don't know if he knows this running his little baby shop that is NEVER BUSY (BUT HE SURE ACTS LIKE IT IS ENOUGH TO HANG UP ON MY CALLS) BUT sometimes people buy their baby products a few months before the baby comes SO SCREW YOU AND YOUR 90 days. He showed us everything and really sold us on some fake baby gear (I say FAKE because it has ALL fallen apart after barely using our crib please see pictures (drawers don't close all the way and get off of the track and the bed doesn't feel safe for my baby) BE CAREFUL NEW PARENTS this place is NOT it. He even said don't go to target lol GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE FOR THE SAKE OF YOUR CHILDREN

This was the worst buying experience. First Sunil lied about a Range Rover toy car I saw downstairs. Said it was on back order. In fact it wasn't his stores product. We end up buying the Bentley for my 1 year old birthday . He sold it to me for $249 because it was a "floor model". I asked him specifically was it used he said no. As soon as my grandson got in it at home and drove it the wheel fell off and I noticed it did not have the Bentley emblem on the wheel. Upon further inspection there was a receipt taped in side where this car was purchased 9 months earlier for "$249. This was in fact a used car. He would not refund us. This guy Sunil is a crook and a liar. I will be suing.

Worst experience ever. My husband and I bought a white Mercedes 2 seater car for our daughter. My daughter was not able to enjoy her birthday present because the car was defective, shutting off on its own, and making weird Transformer noises. We had to break it down and take it back in to be fixed by the store's manufacturer. When we got the car back like a week later, it worked for like a day or so and started acting funny again. So the manager tried to make it seem like it was something we did. Long story short, we went on with no car and constant problems for months. My daughter's birthday was in September so by the time we got a somewhat decent car for her to drive like months later, it got too cold for her to drive it outside. Smh!!! Also, the car is still defective. One of her tail lights weren't in the back of the car so when she presses on her brakes, it only flashes one brake light. Please DO NOT buy any electronics from this store. There is a No REFUND policy no matter how many times the merchandise may have been returned to the customer defective.
