The service was very attentive & responsive, especially for a Friday evening. I was a bit disappointed in my 12 oz. ribeye. I ordered it medium because their chart says pink. The steak was cooked well done, which I did not care for. My mother's sirloin was cooked a perfect medium, which is how she ordered it. It was a little loud between the music, the crowd, & some celebration at the bar with yelling & screaming. Overall, it was a decent night out.

Overall I would have to say this is about the shittiest experience I've had at a restaurant in a long time. I almost always order to go which I did. Paying online was not available, apparently someone is still living in the late 90s, so I had to go to the restaurant. There I was confronted with a long line of people standing out in the cold to make their payment. And when I finally got to the front of the line I was told my order is not ready so they took my money and told me to go wait in my car for a phone call. Keep in mind I placed the order an hour earlier and still am waiting past the promised pick up time hoping they're going to call.Finally I got a text saying that my order is ready. Prior to that I went into the restaurant and noticed there was a large waiting room where people could have been comfortably waiting to pay for their order rather than standing out in the cold where rain was starting to fall. Finally I was texted to tell me that I was finally allowed to walk back to the window where I could ask for my order. The employees were all very nice but why should I have had to gone through all of this to place a to-go order? This was about the most idiotic process I've ever gone through. Top it off when I got home I know several cuts made into the steak apparently to check for doneness. It was supposed to be medium but most of the cuts were pretty raw looking. Not sure why they didn't notice this since I did not order rare. Meat quality was good and the people were nice but overall I'm not going to do this again. Why would I want to stand outside in the rain for nearly half an hour to pay for something I could easily pay for online if the company was competent enough to allow such a thing? If you're looking for a place you can wait a while to get a seat and maybe get your order prepared correctly then great. But as far as I go these people don't have a clue how to take care of their customers.

After a long ride home from Arizona we decided to have dinner here! The wait was short and our server was Tiffany who was very sweet and friendly! She brought our drinks and took our order! The steak and sweet potato was perfect! I love the decor and all the tvs.

We came back before 5 PM during the weekday to get the lunch special. We were able to get the sirloin. It is amazing!Also! If you download the app, you can get a free appetizer with an entrée (but cannot bundle with the early bird special). We got the tater skins and they are amazing! I could live off those tater skins.I also got their legend margarita. The bartender, Emma, made it SOO good. it was one of the best margaritas I've ever had, and I drink lots of margaritas! Lol I am definitely coming back and asking for Emma to make my drink in the future! Overall, everything is so well price. The staff here is so friendly and they always got country music in the game. What else do you need!?

Texas Roadhouse is a hit and miss for me. But do I keep going back. YES. If I only ever go back just for those soft rolls and the BUTTER. Geeeezzz. Ok enough fantasizing about the bread. The food is normally 90% excellent ( I'm only saying this because We can be slight barbecue snobs) I've had a dry meat once in a while (but it's going to happen occasionally when you feeding the masses) The sides are always good. This place is always crowded which let's you know it is good. Always best to use the waiting list feature on the app. When when crowded the place is set up & organized so you don't feel crushed. Customer service is always great & it is a great place to bring the family.

Texas Roadhouse was one of our go-to's when we used to live in Texas! There isn't any close by where we live now, so we try to drop by one of their locations when we go on road trips. We usually order the Ribeye and Caesar Salad, as well as the Seasoned Rice (can't help it, we are Asians, lol). Love their warm and soft rolls with the cinnamon butter (even better than that other chain, Lucille's), plus we like munching on the complimentary peanuts. There can be a wait as the place is pretty popular, and service can be a hit or a miss. Ambiance was casual and can be noisy. Parking was easy as there was a large parking lot.
