Texas Lil's Mesquite Grill

I came in to Texas Lils today with 4 other friends . We all brought some outside drinks with us . The waiter only asked me to leave with my drink because it was an alcoholic drink . The other 3 drinks were non alcoholic but all open containers , Nobody else was asked to leave or take their drinks outside . The sign at the restaurant states that no outside beverage or food can be brought into the establishment . I feel I was targeted by the waiter because I am a straight male . If you are going to follow the rules allDrinks should have been confiscated not just mine . Totally unfair Chicken was delicious tho , so 2 stars

Horrible and understaffed. Stay away.Nobody in old town Temecula can ever staff enough people.

I came here with the family. My kiddos said they liked Chik-Fil-A better lol I guess the good thing is that the food had huge portions. I wouldn't say it was the best food I've had. It was decent.Server was okay. He kind of got our order wrong, but it wasn't too bad. We also had to wait a lot to box our food to go and pay.This looks like an old place and it's pretty dark in there. We got seated right away for a party of 5, but had to wait other times.

This place has the best beef ribs I've ever had. They're so good that I don't want to try beef ribs anywhere else for fear of being disappointed. I've returned several times with my family and have recommended it to others to try the beef ribs. The Lil's Sample Platter is also delicious. I really enjoy the atmosphere here--they have karaoke, and the staff is very friendly. They even offer margaritas for just $5. I hope they continue to maintain the current quality of their food.

Waitress had spunk! Ambiance is casual and down to earth. There's a jukebox and I felt like all types of music was being played which made for a pleasant atmosphere.Hubby and I came in on a busy Friday and were greeted and sat right away. I had their dinner plate, 2 margaritas and 1 Mexican candy shot. My hubby had the burger with the chili tater tots and a soda. Apparently the chili is a family recipe.. and the chili was so good, guard that recipe you guys!! will definitely return when we are in Temecula.

My family opted to try Texas Lil's while visiting old Town Temecula. This establishment offers a vast array of food options so you're bound to find something for everyone if you have a big group. From steaks to Mexican options, this place has it. Service was excellent and our food was delivered fast despite being a rather large group. I will say I personally prefer a more condensed menu. I felt that the food was pretty okay. Nothing jumped out at me in a good or bad way. The restaurant itself amplifies the "Old Town" in Old Town Temecula with a western vibe.

After browsing around Old Town my husband saw a sign for "the best $5 margarita" so we knew we had to stop in. Now I can't say anything for the food but the drinks were great. We sat at the bar and our bartender was on top of everything. I loved being able to cool down and just relax with a nice refreshing margarita. I love they give a nice size as compared to most places with a deal. We definitely had a few before continuing on our shopping adventures. Great prices and a great little stop to check out if ever in Old Town.

Guillermo thank you so much for your service while my husband and I enjoyed a Monday day date lunch. This place is yummy. We had the Texmelt & fries and will be back for the heavier meat portions on a date night lol Tasty Food. Goo music. Good views. Friendly atmosphere.

We ordered the beef ribs. They were outstanding. The baked potatoes and coleslaw were excellent. We plan to be back.

Amazing food and service! The portions are shareable. The keto salad is a favorite.The staff is great, very friendly and so attentive, your glass of water is always full.
