Did a wonderful job hosting my dads 70th birthday party and after party the following day!!

My husband and I had our wedding this last October 2020, we needed a bartender and Travis was recommended to us, we were Not disappointed. The icing on the cake was when we found out that he did catering as well.We have a 1800 looking saloon in our backyard and our wedding was a western theme, Travis, ran with this theme and created incredible appetizers and signature drink's that our guest could not get enough of. Travis, was so kind, professional, and enthusiastic, between himself and his bar back Louie, they really helped in making our wedding fun, unique, and very memorable. Travis took care of my son's wedding food. Due to Covid-19 & the current ban on outdoor eating, we were not allowed to have a traditional reception. So Travis made appetizers for the wedding party & guests. He made a special Italian meal for the family & a specially made wagyu steak just for the groom! He even made to go boxes so each of the guests had food to take home. Even though the bride & groom could not have a wedding reception with all the bells & whistles, they had fantastic food. Travis was very accommodating & professional. We will definitely use his services again when it is safe to have a party. The kitchen picture was when Travis was in the middle of cooking. I did not get a pic of the final product. But it was beautiful!

Enjoyed 4 different choices tonight at Arrow Lodge. I don't know which one I enjoyed the most. Friendly service and great food. Oh yeah try the Monte Cristo. It's a must. It looks dense but it's so fluffy.

Let me start by saying my family throws a lot of parties and weddings and I've never received so many compliments on catering. We threw a luau themed retirement party for my parents. Travis put together a delicious menu including a fresh poke bar (appetizers), roast luau pork that was to die for, chicken, short ribs, fried rice, veggies, slaw, and macaroni salad. The presentation was beautiful with banana leaves beneath the chaffing dishes and all. Everything was so delicious and we had plenty of food for people to have multiple servings and still take home some leftovers. People were commenting on the food all night and even called the next day to say how yummy it was and how professional everything looked. Travis's creativity and thoughtfulness shine through his culinary work and he's a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend him and his team for any event big or small.

Chef Travis is incredible! I've used him several times and he never disappoints. His menu is creative and interesting and the presentation is appealing. The food is so good. SO GOOD! My only complaint is how stuffed I am at the end of the night. The food just keeps coming. My guests are always very impressed by the experience and it makes hosting so easy for me. He does all of the planning, shopping, cooking, serving- he even did the dishes at the end of the night! Would give 10 stars if I could!

This company is here at the Woodbridge 4th of July block party and making an embarrassment of America, food and general competency. First, they are offering like 6 menu items yet cannot properly prepare/organize for the lunch rush. It should not take 10-15 minutes to serve burgers and hot dogs, especially when prices are as high as they are. Beyond the lack of organization, they are offering items (such as cupcakes) that aren't even on their menu and that their employees don't even know the prices. They quoted me at $4.50/cupcake. They have a teenager running orders to people who can barely muster a voice past a whisper to call out "Order 22". The bratwurst that they served me was still raw inside, I assume they started it frozen. I am embarrassed that I took my kids to this event and couldn't even get them a decent burger for lunch on the 4th. Shame on this owner for his/her lack of service. Shame on the HoA for hiring these people (probably an inside job or some nepotism involved, surely the HOA is not this incompetent).

My husband and I have nothing but great things to say about Travis! He worked with us and catered to every single detail we wanted at our wedding. Travis prepared an amazing meal for our 20 guests. He delivered in presentation, quality, and taste. We sadly had to cancel our reception last minute and he boxed everything up into to-go containers for our ceremony guests and even though it was a huge inconvenience, he was so willing to roll with the last minute change in plans. We are so happy with choosing Travis as our caterer for our wedding day.
