Tasty Goody

I see this establishment is right back to square one. Unfortunately, I met a friend at the eatery because he was treating me to lunch. Upon arrival I noticed it was empty but I didn't think much. I walked up and ordered a two item combo which included teriyaki chicken, Riblets, rice and chow mein. My friend ordered a single egg roll. I sat down to check my food and noticed my chicken was torched I mean black and burned. I walked back up and told the man he exchanged my burned item for orange chicken. Once I walked back to the table I decided to sample my food because at this point I never took a bite or anything just looked at it. I taste the rice it's gummy and mushy. The orange chicken was very suspect again and the noodles stiff and funny tasting. At this point I say I'm regular and today the food is off and I would like a refund or credit. The guy says let me get my manager the manager comes and says he can give a credit but needs the receipt. My friend checks his pockets and didn't see his receipt at this point I have not walked outside or anything. I had been sitting inside at that table since paying and they basically refused us because the receipt was missing. Even though we paid never left and it was their food. I have been going to this place for years and have never asked to return a full combo. But Sunday I can say the food was horrible and I will no longer be returning to this establishment. As someone who does not enjoy wasting money or time I was highly upset with the way this problem was handled. I ended up leaving a full $13 plate sitting on the counter with one bite missing because I wasn't going to argue with anyone over some nasty food. I didn't feel comfortable feeding that food to an animal or person on the street. This was my final goodbye to a place I have enjoyed over the years. I would never give my money to an establishment that problem solves with low vibration disrespect. The lady that made our food even suggested she didn't serve us. So I give this place zero stars for disrespect and nasty food. How can you call yourself tasty if your food is nasty!

I see this place every time I turn into Costco. Today, I gave it a try since I was nearby at Loma linda faculty clinic for an appt. The food is already cooked. It reminds me of Panda Express. They weren't super busy on a Wednesday around 1pm. They had plenty of staff that are there to serve the food. We got 4 lunch bowls for $ 8.49 each. It comes with rice or noodles. They top it with one meat. We got their orange chicken. My teenager said it was the worst orange chicken he's ever had. My other teen got the teriyaki chicken. It was OK. The portions were moderate. I got the tofu and eggplant side. The tofu was good but missing the eggplant. Overall, the food is standard fast food Chinese American. It wasn't the best but it was sufficient. Also, they have a small dim sum menu. The dim sum items look very small and prices were high. I did get 2 orders of sesame balls. They were one bite. They were crispy and soft in the middle but could use more sesame paste.

Stopped for dinner after getting off the road and staying at local hotel. Friendly service. I ordered cook to order as the trays reminded me too much of Panda Express. Ordered the quart of Mongolian beef and egg flower soup. Soup was very goood lots of egg and was hot after the walk back to hotel and for a long time afterwards. The Mongolian beef had good taste but too many pieces of the beef were chewy and stringy. LOTS of onions. Added some chili sauce and finish the quart. The bad meat was disappointing. Either not marinated or just cheap cuts of meat. Either way I wouldn't order it again.

I used to work in the area and went here frequently and the food was amazing. Thus on my last visit on Wednesday May 29, 2024 - the level of my experience was not there. The food tasted as though the food was all prepared with the same old oil. I are a few bites & throw it out.Definitely not what I'm used to for Tasting Goodie

The manager had bad attitude!! the restaurant its dirty. He has personal matters even he yelled to me, its was just like crazy person. Im sure i wont ever go to this place again!!! And the food was so bad too and even it's not fresh! Please think twice before you get there unless you gonna be disappointed

I was having my tire changed next door at Costco and decided to give Tasty Goody a try ( since it had been years since my last visit)... after we ordered and halfway thru eating, I noticed an employee walk over to the end of the serving counter, take off their mask and started blowing/ cleaning their nose with their black gloves ON, and then they proceeded to put their mask back on, and NOT changing the gloves, went back behind the counter. Right after that, the same employee, walked over to the restroom ( with gloves ON), closed the door and was in there at least 5-6 minutes. After this employee came out of the restroom, they were still wearing the black gloves and headed back to behind the counter ready to serve customers again.. This is unsanitary and I will not be going there anymore..

The Chinese food here is amazing. Make sure you get there early before lunchtime because it does allow very quick. The chow mein is not so greasy like other places and the selection and variety is great.

It's definitely worth visiting, especially if you're looking for a good meal at a reasonable price.

Customer service very rude Through the money on the counter. The food was good. practice on customer service.

Food was disgusting!! The only positive thing I can say is that the young man that served us was very polite and kind!
