Tasty Chicken

First off let me say that Richard is one of the nicest people I have met! He is always very friendly when we come in to order and loves to hear feedback about any items they sell. Today I came in and seen they were selling Sopes and after having the tamales they sold during Christmas time I couldn't turn down trying them! The sope has so much flavor and is very delicious, the green salsa they put on it is one of our favorites to put on the chicken tacos because it just goes so well! The inside of the restaurant is always very clean even though we always take our food home I wouldn't mind eating there once in a while. The bean tostadas are my favorite just because it's simple but yet very filling I've also had the chicken tostadas and those are amazing as well. Great prices with amazing customer service! We will always go back!

I usually do not leave reviews unless you really areRude.... So here we go.... I called at 6:47 to ask about placing an order over the phone. The gentleman said no we don't accept orders over the phone. He said you can just come in though and food will be ready. I asked about placing an order on website he said oh yeah you can do that too. We decided to just head over there instead of placing an order arriving at 7:07 PM and they are closed. I was So confused thinking maybe i must have called the wrong one. So I call again and ask what location and if they were closed. A rude lady must have taken the phone from the gentleman and she starts being rude and yelling saying we close at 7:00 we have been closing at this time for 2 years and she was just going off. I honestly was shocked at her behavior and so confused. It would have been nice if the gentleman had said we close in 10 mins. Anyways we will give our business to Juan pollo in upland for future..After reading comments sounds like this lady should take some customer service classes? Or maybe find a new job? She doesn't have to be so RUDE!!!!

The food and service is second to none. I highly recommend Tasty Chicken. I usually order the 2 for 1 hard shell tacos

TASTY CHICKENNNNNNNN-You are so so tasty.Let me tell you something - idk what these reviews are about but this spot has been my spot for about a decade. Whenever I have a party or want Juan Pollo I re route here. 1. It tastes SO much better 2. Quality of food This is a small business so give them some love. They deserve it .

Been coming here for years! One of my favorites!! Bomb chicken potato salad and salsa! The guy that works the counter is always super sweet.

Was in the mood for rotisserie chicken, so I gave this place a call through Uber Eats. A whole chicken with rice, beans, potato salad. Reminds me of the Pollo Loco. Too bad the chicken was so dry....reminded me of those chickens you get at the grocery store...sometimes they have been sitting under the warmer for too long.

By far the tastiest rotisserie chicken I have tasted in southern California, the chicken is full of flavor, it is moist and DELICIOUS, the lady taking the orders is very sweet along with then guy putting our orders together, very friendly and they pay attention to detail, they thoroughly check your order before it is given to you, the inside is very clean, plenty of tables to dine in and enjoy your order. I definitely recommend this place because of their AWESOME service, great prices and tasty chicken

Awesome and very friendly staff! Best potatoe salad!! Came couple days ago to get dinner and tried a tamale. Amazing!!

I've been eating here occasionally for the better part of twenty years, and I'm sad to say my visit earlier this evening will be my last. First, and most importantly, the food has steadily gone downhill since they stopped being a Juan Pollo but tried to keep serving the same food. The chicken is now dry and the rice is tasteless. They no longer have lemons to squeeze onto your food, and the soda selection has dwindled down to almost nothing. Cola, diet cola, and Dr. Pepper, I think it was.But final deal breaker is the service. I got there this evening at 6:45 and discovered they close at 7:00, despite their web site saying they close at 8:00 seven days a week. When I tried to suggest to the woman behind the counter that she let the owner know their web site is incorrect, she argued with me! She said they changed their closing time two years ago, and based on how worn and dogeared the piece of paper taped in the window showing the new hours is, I believe her. In any event, she flat out insisted that I was wrong and that the web site said 7:00. So when I got home, I checked. Sure enough it says 8pm, every day. So not only has the business been lying to their prospective customers for the past two years, but the employees are lying to actual customers, and apparently the business is cool with employees arguing with customers. Just in case anyone doesn't believe me I'll try to upload a screenshot of the relevant section of their web site once I've finished typing this. Hopefully when you read this it will be in the photos section.So that's it. After all these years, I'm done with Tasty Chicken. Fortunately I live on the other side of Rancho these days, so I'm actually closer to the Juan Pollo in Fontana, which is still great. And if you're coming from the west instead, the reviews here say there's still a Juan Pollo in Upland too, though it's no longer in the location it was when I last lived over there.
