Tasteful Cakes

I typically do not review on Yelp, however, I felt the need to share how wonderful my overall experience was at Tasteful Cakes! The service was amazing, the design exceeded my expectations, and most importantly the taste of the cake was delicious! Can't wait to see what Tasteful Cakes makes for my next party! Highly recommend!

I called a couple of days before my wife's bday and asked them about a few suggestions. They directed me to their IG page which had a ton of inspirations to choose from. My wife wanted a simple small cake but asked me to surprise her with the design and flavor. Picked up the cake couple days later and they did a phenomenal job. It wasn't only pretty but it was moist and delicious as well. Now I know why they call themselves tasteful cakes! Definitely gained a new repeat customer

The cake was amazing. I had to order the phone because I was not feeling well. The girl on the phone was so helpful and so sweet. Thank you for making our 25th wedding anniversary beautiful.

We were required to use this bakery by our venue, and we are so happy it was their suggestion! They took our vision and were able to accommodate it beautifully within the allowed package. The cake was absolutely gorgeous, and the flavors were incredible. We chose vanilla with mango filling and chocolate with dulce de leche filling--both were perfect! We couldn't have been happier with how everything turned out.

My friend always uses this place when she has parties and the cake has always been delicious. So I decided to give it a try. I went in there and talked with Isabella (I'm certain that is her name) and she was very friendly and helpful and answered all of my questions. They were available to answer my questions through email and help me set up exactly the kind of cake I wanted to get for my dad birthday. I left it as decorators choice and it certainly didn't disappoint. The cake was beautiful and just what I asked for. It was also very delicious and moist and the frosting wasn't overpowering, it was just right! Would definitely go here again and would definitely recommend!

This spot is my go to place for cake, they always do such a quality job. I'm always getting compliments on my cakes at all my events. It's nice because I can provide a budget and they'll work with it as far as decor, they always make it work and do such an amazing job. My favorite flavor is the Dulce de leche, sooo good! Customer service is always great too.

I ordered my wedding and first anniversary cake in the same place exact toppings on my top tier. The cashier helped me with my cake to my car (I have a knee brace) that was very nice of her to go the extra mile. Very friendly environment and I did not know it's a popular cake shop. They have a wall of fame of famous people that have ordered cakes at this shop. They have designed cake samples on display very unique and detailed that caught my attention. I will definitely be a regular here for special occasions.

One year over due review, but better late than never. Planning our wedding in 2021 for a January 2022 wedding was stressful. Luckily we found Eagle Glen Golf Club which included cake for their packages - that's how we know about tasteful cakes. At that time, cake tasting at Tasteful cakes was a different experience than what I imagined wedding cake tasting would be like. Our samples of cakes with different fillings were placed in a box and we sampled them outside of the bakery. We made our food tasting at the wedding venue the same day so we had sampled the cakes at the venue after our food tasting which worked out well. Due to Covid, we had a virtual meeting with Tasteful cakes (I forget her name but she was awesome!). The meeting went well, the lady knew we had a budget and we didn't want any upgrades. She gave recommendations such as the gold ribbon and it turn out exactly what i had pictured in my head. We ended up choosing chocolate/vanilla cake with dulce de leche filling and chocolate cake with mocha filling. Their cakes are yummy and not so sweet!Thank you Tasteful Cakes for our beautiful wedding cake!

After another baker completely messed up my order just one day before my event, I was in a panic, desperately trying to find someone who could create a beautiful cake on such short notice. Tasteful Cakes not only took on the challenge but had the cake ready the very next morning--the day of my engagement!Despite the extreme last-minute request, they worked with me to design a cake that was absolutely stunning and better than I could have ever imagined. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and ability to meet my urgent demand left me in awe. The cake wasn't just visually perfect--it was also incredibly delicious, and my guests couldn't stop raving about it.Tasteful Cakes turned what could have been a disaster into a highlight of my event. I'm beyond thankful for their incredible service and fast turnaround.
