Went here for their menudo this morning. It was red water . Tasteless. I had their pan Dulce but first time tasting their menudo. Stick to a breakfast burrito.

Not enough reviews for this place so let's do this. Authentic Mexican. Look at the clientele enjoying the food at lunchtime and you will know this isn't Chipotle or T Bell. Formerly Jimenez Bakery and I am glad nothing has really changed as far as the food. Chile Verde burrito is a good meal & a half. Fish tacos are tops. Don't be afraid. Downtown isn't where the best Mexican food is for your $$.

I don't know what these other reviewers be saying but I've been going to Del Valle Taqueria since 2017 and I've never had a bad experience. Actually this is the ONLY AUTHENTIC Mexican food you can get in Redlands for being the way Redlands is, if you catch my drift. . The food is on point and the tacos are authentic, and I'm a lengua type of guy, they got some fresh lengua for my tacos. . Their sopas are fire , fresh , one of the most FLAVORFUL out of only 3 spots I consider to be good for their MENUDO (Saturday & Sunday). I believe their pozole and caldo's are everyday. Anyways this is my go to spot since I live in Redlands and don't want to drive down to Bloomington or Fontana for the others. Oh don't forget to buy your pan and desserts .

I got to the taqueria on August 11, 2023 approx. 5 pm.This was gonna be my one meal for the day. I ordered a California burrito with asada to dine at the taqueria.My burrito arrived colder than luke warm but slightly warmer then room temp. The asada was not even warm, the papas were cold, the cheese not melted.Fast forward to next day, the burrito in question was the only meal I had yesterday. Nothing else.Now I write this review after going number 2, twice so far. I realized that the less than warm burrito [according to the San Bernardino Health department] was at a great temperature for bacterial growth.I called the taqueria and asked to speak with the manager. After I informed him of the situation, he assured me the temperature is correct. I was not given a receipt to prove the purchase happened so I'm out of luck with no evidence except for the guava pastry that I'm afraid to consume after getting sick from yesterday's only meal.The manager did not offer to correct the situation and responded that the food temp was fine. No refund offered. He seemed very casual for a food service that got feedback from a person (me) that was issued a food service certificate from the county health department.If you're looking to get chorro and go to the bathroom several times a day, then I recommend a California burrito from this place.

Bean/cheese/egg breakfast burrito. Egg shell in burrito. Terrible folded (all sloopy after one bite).

I can only speak to the tacos in this review but Hands down has got to be one of the better spots in Redlands for street tacos and Mexican bread. The flavors are amazing they have a great selections of tacos and service is always on point. Even my wife who's not the biggest fan when it comes to the more eccentric meats loved their tacos so that's saying something. As an added benefit you can get a full meal for under $30 which in this economy you can't pass up!

Yummy ladies are nice very old-fashioned Ran store. Food was good. Bread was good. Price was good too.

Came and ordered a chicken burrito with no onions or cilantro. Got more onion and cilantro then anything else. Asked for new burrito all i got was rice and beans don't recommend

Delicious Al pastor tacos. Staff was nice and gave speedy updates on our order I'll be returning soon
