Stopped by after a Disney trip for some tacos, and I can say I wasn't impressed, but they also weren't the worse. I tried the asada and al pastor, and while the asada was good, I feel that the al pastor lacked flavor. Service was great, though but I'm not sure that I would visit again...

Terrible customer service from the lady cashier. Went to buy tacos today for taco Tuesday prices. I was charged the full amount. I brought my receipt inside to get reimbursed for the amount I was overcharged.I explained that I was overcharged to the cashier and showed my receipt. She spoke to her coworker and then said they can't credit back my cc or give me cash to refund the difference and offered more tacos instead. We didn't need more food and I wanted my correct money back. They fumbled with the computer and said they couldn't do anything. She (the cashier) said, "Come back tomorrow and speak with the manager at 10am. I said, "That's not an option for me with my work schedule. I want the number to the store and your name so I can say who rang up the transaction and was denying my credit/cash back.She then said, "I don't speak English." I said, "Well, we've been communicating fine." She spoke more to her coworkers and ignored me.I said calmly, "If you don't give me a name and number, then I'm gonna take your picture to identify you," which I did.All of a sudden, another coworker decided to help. She called someone and guess what.. they got a key to the register to give me my money back. The original cashier counted it out, and I smiled. I told her she had bad customer service, which, guess what.. she understood that in English because she replied, "Whatever bye"We will not be patronizing here anymore after 12 years. Food is ok service is not.

Had the pastor and was really dry and unflavored. Seemed old or overcooked. Figure I give it a second try and ordered cabeza burrito and had the same experience. Won't go again.. workers very friendly and hard working but that's about it.

Great food and great service. It's fast food Mexican food so don't understand what kind of service people are expecting here but we left happy

just moved back to rancho & used to go to this place often when I was younger. this is my 3rd time getting the asada burrito w everything on it & it has yet to disappoint, it always hits! Natalie is so sweet & such an angel as well!!

Food was amazing, I definitely enjoyed the carne asada and pollo tacos. The service was great.

The service was horrible. And on top of that the food was unseasoned and cold. The beans rice and meat were not even room temperature. The salsas ( green and red ) tasted like water. It was overall horrible. Never going back again.

Service was ok, cashier was friendly, the restaurant was empty the decor was was boring , the menu. Was confusing, unfortunately the food was not good at all the cabeza taco had no seasoning, the breakfast burrito was very bland. Eggs and beans had no salt any thing , actually, The breakfast burritos were terrible!!

Mannnn these señoras have a dirty ass attitude.. uno ni quiere regresar con esa actitud. se creen muy no se que . these tortas don't know what they're doing fr, shut this place down! i had one of those tortas make my food without gloves!! gross, no wonder they didn't meet the standards.. go ahead and check that out, disgusting. WTH the only person who has a good attitude is the young man, and his servings are good as well. work on your attitude ladies! ridiculous. the food isn't worth the price. BLAND a** food & let's not forget about the HUGE A** pieces of onion, might as well put the the whole onion. take your money somewhere else! go ahead and try our the taco spot that posts up on arrow and ilex st. there will be 3 young men and one lady working there, with a green banner . WAAYYYYY BETTER! i'm just saying the truth & i know there's people out there that agree with me
