Tams Burgers

If you're a Great British Baking fan you'll understand a soggy bottom. Was picking up some lunch. I've had other great experiences from other Tam's locations so was expecting the same quality. Unfortunately it was a little lacking. Speaking as a zucchini stick fan these were underwhelming. Too much breading that was no where near crispy. Kinda had the texture of old zucchini warmed up in a microwave. The zucchini didn't have that crunch or bite. The zucchini wasn't succulent it was dry and limp. The burger was pretty big and a substantial size. But it had soggy bottom bread. Maybe by toasting the buns it would prevent that from happening. I would give Tams another chance to convince me that they can be as good as the other locations I've enjoyed. Maybe dine in would be a better quality? I'm hoping. The service was friendly, fast and quick. I was the only one in line. I would have gladly waited for a fresh order. It's a tight turn you could easily miss but the sign is bright and visible.

Don't recommend this place at all the food was raw they should have left it to burn this place went downhill

First time trying this location and employees were distracted with each other to greet. I had to repeat my order numerous times to the cashier because she kept getting it wrong. Some of the sitting areas were dirty and needed to be cleaned .. the food was okay disappointed in the service .

The chicken tenders are some of the best I've ever had and taste like real fried chicken, the french fries are always so good and the seasoning tastes too good. Coming from LA tams is a staple in LA and the county itself and the rubidoux location here is far better than any tams I can ever find in LA county. The service is amazing and all the workers are very polite and seem to actually wanna work unlike other locations. The store itself isn't in the nicest area but tams never is, but the inside of the store is beyond clean as well as the bathrooms. Overall love this tams and will definitely come here regularly!

I really hate going here how do you proceed to tell them no cheese onion or pickles in the burger and yet they put everything on it ?? I'm lactose it's annoying service was fast but what's the point of being fast if the order is incorrect?? Went through drive through

Food was great. My order was just a junior cheeseburger, no thousand island, no tomato and no pickles because it was to go. It was so good! The burger was thin and flame broiled. The other order was two double cheeseburgers no lettuce, no tomatoes. They loved it!The other burger was just a single cheeseburger no lettuce, no tomatoes, no thousand island and no pickles. Loved it.Two orders of fries. They were ok.We did get one milkshake. It was thick and good. The restaurant is clean and tiny, bright. Glad they sprung back after the fire. I remember when this location was a Baker's. Great service. We were so surprised our order came out so fast, not to mention getting it home abd still hot.Parking is sufficient. The menu is amazing. I'll be coming back. Maybe for the carne asada burrito. I've been one other time and only remember ordering the zucchini and it was so good. It was a lot of zuch! The ranch will make you want to eat more. FYI their food is big. I'll take pics next time. Enjoy!

The food is nasty, I was very hopeful that it would be good since most Tams are. Any way the pancakes were undercooked tasted like microwave pancakes, the bacon smelled really bad and the huevos rancheros plate looked like vomit.

I've gotten the chicken tender meal before, was a little dry but otherwise good. Drive through was pretty quick, and the people working it seemed nice. Portion size is pretty big, but that just means enjoying leftovers when I'm feeling lazy.

Drive thru girl was nice but the older Mexican lady. Who I think is the manager is just the worst person here. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE She openly talk about the customers in front of her staff in Spanish. She had no clue I'm Mexican and could understand everything she said about me. But I was raised right and to not speak to women that way. But I will never go to another tams again. 2 stars only because of the nice drive thru girl.

Awful service. The cashier always takes my order right through the drive-thru but the cooks don't read the ticket right and I get the wrong food every single time. Have tried coming multiple times over the course of a year and it's always been the same problem. Tons of time wasted going back to get the correct order.
