If you're looking for an unforgettable culinary experience, look no further than the restaurant at Marietta Hot Springs Resort. My partner and I, along with our best friends, spent a magical weekend celebrating a birthday here, and while the resort itself was stunning, the restaurant was truly next-level, easily Michelin-star worthy. The food? Absolutely divine. So good, in fact, that we had to repeat our order two nights in a row. The Moroccan chicken was perfection--deeply flavorful, comforting, and cooked to absolute tenderness. Pair that with their beautifully balanced butternut squash, and you have a meal that lingers in your memory long after the last bite. We also indulged in their famous whipped ricotta with house-made focaccia. And let me tell you--this was no ordinary bread. The focaccia alone was a masterpiece, light and airy yet rich with a delicate parsley oil drizzle that elevated every bite.We also tried the beef escabeche, which was executed to perfection, and finished the evening with an apple tart so incredible, words can't quite do it justice. Every dish was crafted with care, depth, and a level of precision that made each bite an experience. And while the food was spectacular, the service was just as exceptional. Five-star, top-tier, and overflowing with genuine kindness. Talia and the entire team exuded warmth, attentiveness, and a level of hospitality that made us feel truly valued and cared for.The only downside? It's far from Pasadena. But honestly, that's no deterrent--this place is well worth the trip. No effort needed, truly. We'll be back, and often.

Reservation and Seating: Talia promptly opens at 5. Highly recommend reservations as seating is limited. People trying to walk in for seating were turned away. I made a reservation on OpenTable where I noted our special occasion for the evening and my wife's dairy, egg, soy, and gluten allergies. We were sat down at our table within a few minutes of checking in with the hostess. Ambiance: imagine an old church mission meets pottery barn. One side of the restaurant was well lit and the other side a bit more dim. Large outdoor seating area for larger parties. Space heaters available. Service: HUGE shoutout to our server, Andy. Very polite and professional at all times while being approachable and personable. He made it a point to ensure he understood my wife's allergies with the reservation. And with that in mind Andy made recommendations of how the Chef can adjust and accommodate. Andy was extremely knowledgeable of the menu with regards to flavor profiles, ingredients, cooking techniques, and even the source of their seafood. I cannot say enough praise about Andy. Food: Beet Salad - bright and tangy dressing is a great contrast to the earthy beets. Garnished with a welcomed sprinkle of coarse Himalayan sea salt and crushed macadamias. Welcome composed salad. Usually comes with feta but removed due to allergy. Ora King Salmon - usually served with butternut squash purée but removed due to allergy. Salmon served two ways. Salmon brought in from New Zealand since wild caught salmon is currently out of season in the Pacific Northwest. Center cut filet with crispy salmon skin. We were skeptical at first on how crispy the skin would be but pleasantly surprised that it was in fact very crispy. The salmon was buttery smooth and succulent; no chewing necessary, so good! Second preparation was using the thinner parts of the whole salmon filet, and mixed with a ratatouille stuffed in a squash blossom and then pan roasted. The stuffed blossom had perfect char and crispy texture. Wife remarked that this was the best salmon she's had and would eat this for the rest of her life if she couldn't only eat one thing. Swordfish - generous steak cut of swordfish. Perfectly cooked. The mild flavor of the fish is needed to serve as the vessels for the complex turmeric and ginger sauce. The sauce, imagine a rich and creamy thai curry; and this description does the sauce a disservice. Very good sauce! Has some heat. Served with three plantain fritters that held up well within the sauce. Flavor was good pairing with the sauce and swordfish. Perfect combination of flavors and textures throughout this dish. Cinnamon and tangerine gelato - this option is vegan but you could never tell. Made of coconut cream, the texture was delightful. Who knew cinnamon and tangerine would make a good flavor pairing but it works so well. Chocolate cake with ice cream and white chocolate with matcha crumble - every component of the dish was great but the best was the crumble. The crumble was cold and surprisingly bright which paired really nicely with the rich chocolate cake. Would ABSOLUTELY come back here again soon. The menu rotates with a few staples that hang around more than others. Talia has only been open for two and a half months (January 2025 at the time of this writing) but I expect them to increase in popularity and succeed. The top notch service and amazing food made for an unforgettable night.

Top two restaurant in all of Temecula, IMO. We had the Moroccan chicken and pureed potatoes. Oh, and the salmon and Ricotta cheese and focaccia bread. Everything, including the service and atmosphere was very, very good. Tons I could say, but overall, just go. You won't be let down by the experience.

Came here to celebrate a 60th birthday for a great friend. We decided to stay on the resort grounds for dinner and take advantage of the facilities. We started in the bar and ordered a bottle of Grgich Chardonnay only to find out the didn't have any. Bummer. Ordered a glass of Chardonnay instead.Dan, the manager, gave us great suggestions. We started with the whipped ricotta and focaccia bread. Omg it was to die for!! We had to order extra bread because it was so good!Dinner is meant to be shared as family style. With 4 girls we ordered 2 dinners and a side. The sea bass was my favorite. The steak was really tough and not that great for $68. The carrots were divine! We should have gotten another order of them.Dessert was the apple galette with ice cream. Super yummy!A bit pricy but really good. I'd go back but not order the steak.

There aren't many unique restaurants in Murrieta and this one finally got it right. Entrees are a la cart. We orders one appetizer one side and one entree and it was plenty for two. The focaccia appetizer was delicious and creamy. We ordered the onion tart and I honestly could have just had that and been happy. I also had a zero proof drink that was delicious. We had the swordfish which tasted like an Indian curry dish and was pretty spicy. I ordered the poached pear for desert and it was more of a creamy based dish with chunks of pear but still fantastic. Overall the restaurant's food was delicious. Service was great. I will definitely be back

Surprisingly amazed! We came here after canceling our reservation down the street. I thought it was going to be a tourist trap for the resort. However, the food was made with care about culinary arts. The front and back of the house care about attention to detail. In pure honesty we thought the food to be on par with the expensive Hell's Kitchen Experience we tried at Harrah's Casino. We will be back!

So impressed with this place! The presentation was beautiful. The food tasted fresh and delicious and the cocktails are unique and fun! Our server was very knowledgeable and had great recommendations. We stayed at the resort and were so happy to have such a great place to go to for dinner. I wish they were open for breakfast and lunch because we would eat every meal here!

The food and service were absolutely amazing--every dish was expertly prepared, and the staff provided top-tier hospitality. However, the decor and furniture didn't quite reflect the level of luxury that the menu prices suggest. Additionally, the dress code seemed very relaxed, with guests dining in sweatpants and crop tops, which took away from the upscale atmosphere. A more refined ambiance and a slightly stricter dress code would truly elevate the dining experience to match the quality of the cuisine.
