Tacos Placosos Estilo Tijuana

This taco place was pretty delicious. It was our first time trying it. Looking for another taco truck, we cane across this one and decided to give it a try. It did not disappoint. The tortillas were delicious and freshly hand made. The meat was tender and had good taste. The fixins were yummy. They have different salsas, cebollitas and chile asado. The service was also great. They were all pleasant to deal with. The ambiance was a little slow and a little hidden but gems are always hiding. we will definitely go back.

I've ordered from Tacos Placosos a few times and their food is very delicious. This time I went wild and ordered four tacos with asada and adobada and a torta plate. The handmade tortillas complement the fresh guacamole and flavorful meats. The red salsa is spicy and the torta is similar to the one from El Poblano in Compton. I also appreciate how they serve frijoles de olla and not refried ones.

Passing by and decided to try these tacos after looking them up on Instagram. Very disappointed. They took forever with no customers waiting on top of that our order was wrong and cold. Not to mention, the pollo & asada were super hard and chewy. I literally threw away my 4 tacos complete because you couldn't even chew the meat or chicken. Big disappointment! My husband got chorizo and he said it was ok but it was cold. Definitely not recommend and never coming back.

I drive 30 minutes every week for these tacos. The tortas and burritos are delicious! Would highly recommend if you're on the hunt for bomb tacos

delicious! i ordered quesotacos--love the chorizo & asobada ones. i should have taken better photos. my husband ordered vampiro tacos and he loved them. thanks for being open this late at night!

I was excited to try their tacos since I came across their page on Instagram. I was really disappointed. We got asada and chicken. The meat was so dry. The chicken was burnt and very hard to chew. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The food looked nothing like it does on their Instagram page. The taste was so bland. Tacos were $3 each and they were not worth it.

From someone who's tried many tacos, these are best!!! The tortas never disappoint, the burritos are so good and the flavor of the meat is overall delicious. Will always continue to come here :)

Excited to try a new spot this weekend with my family of 5. We ate a little of everything and quickly became disappointed. My husband's torta didn't have beans as advertised and was soggy without favor. Quesadilla with little meat was very greasy. Tacos de adobada and asada didn't have favor even after all the fixings and salt. Our bill wasn't cheap so i expected better from them. Unfortunately we won't come back.
