Next to a post office, there is a stand after hours, with at least two easy-ups. Under these easy-ups happens the magic of bringing the real taste of Mexico to California. Where - like me - you only need to visit once to fall in love with this place. You see the colorful stools and white party tables all set up, you hear the tons of orders being taken. Even though this is just a stand there is a line to take your order. As you get closer to take your order, you feel the steam of the grills hitting your face and the smells are being taken in one by one. Around you are all the fortunate people that were able to find this hidden gem. The gem - owned by a Mexican family working to feed the community after a normal day job. Anyone able to taste these tacos will now know what a real street taco tastes like. These tacos have the authentic taste from Mexico. The fan favorite is the Al pastor meat. The meat in a taco, burrito, quesadilla, mulita, even a loaded potato has its nice crisp (ask for it extra crispy) and the flavorful seasonings attack your mouth in any of these items. This meat is not overpowering in any of the items and the other ingredients in the other items do not over power the meat. In all the items the Al pastor meat has the smoky taste from it burning on the bar and nice crisp and taste as juicy as it looks when it's freshly cut off from the rest of the meat. To not leave in a cliffhanger about a loaded potato at a taco stand. The loaded potato comes as it says loaded! A nice warmed potato accompanied by cheese and meat of your liking differing from: asada, chicken, al pastor, or really anything that you can put in a taco topped with cilantro, onion or even salsa if you'd like. By if you'd like I mean that off to the side of the grills are tubs of fresh green and spicy red salsas. These salsas are the red ribbon to your taco, they tie the taco together and make it so much more flavorful. What is there offered to wash all this deliciousness down? Definitely the aguas frescas. These waters have their own signature taste, all sweet but not too sweet to not go to the next stand over and have a crepe, mini pancakes or even churros as a dessert after enjoying anything from this stand. The authentic taste of Mexico in California comes from these tacos. Not only the tacos but all the food items in this menu. They all give a comforting taste and leave a desire to want to come back and feel the feeling of biting that perfect taco for the first time once again. That chance is given throughout the whole week. They open after hours making it a perfect dinner or a late night snack. Open Sunday-Thursday 4:30-11:30, Friday-Saturday even later from 4:30-12:30. This taco stand does not have a motto, but if they were to have one it would be "Mexico brought to California all in a taco".

The pastor and asada TACOS are legit! Some of the best tacos in the I.E! Pastor is off the trompa (rotating grill) served with a slice of pineapple and asada is cooked over charcoal. The pastor is carved as you order it. They also do quesadillas, burritos, and mulitas. Salsa andOnions are available. Absolutely would recommend!! 10 / 10 stars!! MUST HAVE IT YOU ARE IN THE AREA!! The very best Taquitos and Burritos I have ever tasted!! Every day I can't wait for them to open! Al Pastor, the best! Juicy, flavourful, delicious beef and pork meats. All needed accompaniments are there for you to get what you like, very generous. The Orchata is also excellent. Go there, check them out, you won't regret it I highly recommend them.
